Sorry to hear! We've owned 3 different homes, and every one of them had some leak situation in the basement - a corner in one, under a window in another etc. None of these basements were "finished" however, so it was a matter of running a dehumidifier and a little shop-vacuuming to fix. Hope you can take care of problem without much trouble or expense as well. Good luck!

Skullcandy sucks, I had a pair that shorted out on me, and they wanted to send me a coupon for half off my next pair, after playing mail tag for a month. I bought a pair of auvio (radio shack brand ) with an extended warranty last year, and they still work great, and sound better than skullcrappys any day

I don't know if there were any honors classes. It was an entirely online program, so there really wasn't an option for honors. Every single test and assignment was shown from the first day of classes, so there wasn't any way to "spring" a test on us, so I guess I got lucky.
