    Like Kaliborio I have complex PTSD and I agree that regression is absolutely a coping mechanism some days. It pushes the world away enough to be able to breath.

    I'm an engineer and the number of hours in drawings alone is mind blowing never mind the set up if it gets built. Diaperguy85 laid it out very well.

    Most times that I order it's here the next day. As snugglebear_69 I have had one case show up a day later. I've also had huge issues with UPS from other suppliers but not normally Rearz

    They are thin enough but do swell a lot. They are also not a quiet diaper. If I was going out with one on I would be putting something over it to keep the noise down.

    I just got a case of the new Rearz Incontrol Elite. They are the new hybrid design with a plastic back and hook and loop tabs. So far they are great and maybe my new go to for night or when I can't change for a while. They hold extremely well and for my shape are extremely comfortable. Definitely worth trying out.

    I use sudocrem but I don't need it that often.

    Being in the great white north winter means heavier clothes that hide bulges better. That means I can use more absorbent diapers and change less when I'm out but at home it's the same all year.

    I was in the hospital for 7 surgeries after a car accident and they always called them briefs. When I went for Physio I called it a diaper and the therapist said " We call it an Attends here". She was rather put out that I used the "D" word.

    Thursday was migraine day for me. Definitely easier in diapers.
