  2. Hello My Beauties! I want to know where everyone is in their transformations! Beginning, middle or satisfied (because there is no end in keeping healthy) I also want to know what are your roses, thorns and how will you grow your garden? Roses are something you like, a new recipe, a new exercise, a walking route, the eye candy at the gym, or just today was a great day to be outside! Thorns, well that is the suck part of your day. No eye candy at the gym, it's raining out, you had to wear shoes (hate those days myself), whatever your thorn is let's here it. Last How will you grow your garden? Do you want more roses or more thorns in your garden? Life happens, some days are just bad, but how will you grow your garden to get more roses and less thorns. Just one little thing to make your garden great!
  3. Congrats, I changed my lifestyle and eating habits and I'm down from 277 last year this time to 220!. Great job on your success.
  4. Since July, 2019 to now I've lost 130 lbs down from 330 lbs. I had Bariatric Surgery in December, 2018 and has helped me tremendously in obtaining my goal. Now I must maintain by continuing exercising and staying on a diet. Where is everyone else on their weight?
  5. It really is crazy how quickly tastes can change. In an attempt to cut sodas out as much as possible I've been stocking my fridge with sparkling waters for those times when I just need something other than tap water. I disliked the first one so much that I couldn't even finish it, but after the pack was gone I found myself craving more (even preferring them over soda in general after a while).

  7. It's funny how quickly our bodies can shift gears. I was a 4-5 coke's a day guy for pretty much my whole adult life, but after two weeks of trying to be good I'm down to like 1 every 2-3 days. Water is enough for me most of the time. Gatorade when when at the gym.
  8. Just hit 20lbs myself. at least 50 to go.
  9. I have been serious about weight loss since February. I weigh daily and record my meals and track my activity. The daily weigh-ins provide feedback that helps me gauge how well I am doing. It's normal for weight to jump around a bit, but if I am doing things right, there is steady weight loss over the week. On food, I do not count calories or points. I eat moderate portions of lean proteins, healthy fats, and fresh vegetables and fruits. For activities I try to get 10,000 steps in each day and i have been working at getting some form of strength training in a few times each week. So far I have lost 20 lbs. As i go further i expect to hit some plateaus where i don't lose weight for a while. I have another 50 lbs to lose to get to a good weight.
  10. Getting more exercise and trying to loose weight. Down 15 pounds so far, and feeling better and hve more energy since I started hitting the guy.
