yep i too wear plastic diaper cover with every diaper, i can't be too careful

mine was on a bus, very embarrassing and could not have been prevented. I learned a lot from that and now always have a diaper cover not only to stop leaks but also to retain smell.

recently i've had issues with very loose stool after a gall bladder operation. longest i've been in a poopy diaper at home is about 4 hours because it happened in the middle of the night while i was in bed and too tired to change at that hour. Recently away from home its been about 6 hours because it happened again while i was miles from home driving and as luck would have it i also got into a traffic jam on the motorway. I knew it was not a simple clean up it had to be a shower off and change. I always use nappy cream and powder so luckily no rash.

Hi everyone, I've just discovered ID super plastic backed diapers after my usual diapers were out of stock. I can recommend these diapers as they have a 4000ml capacity. I put on on this morning at 09:30 and was still wearing t at 6 p.m. this evening. I didn't spare drinking whilst i was doing my job either (none alcohol) i must have consumed in excess of 2 litres and my diaper did its job perfectly. I can truly recommend them.

I was driving today up the M6 and had a spasm which resulted in me loading my diaper, extremely loose !!!. Diaper did its job and held it perfectly. Nearly an hour before I could change and do a clean up in the showers at a service station. I can recommend Lille super.

Hi i too have been 24/7 for nearly ten years now, although mine was medical and I had no choice in the matter I didn't mind it at first but then went through a bad patch wishing I wasn't incontinent, however now I am so happy, I haven't been to a toilet for years and that is for both pee and poo. I am only urinary Inco but I now choose to use my diaper for both. After a while it becomes normal. If I had the choice to go back to using toilets I don't think I would.

I've been urinary incontinent for a few years and use diapers 24/7. I've only just started to get into hollow plugs and have had really good results with it. I've used senna tablets the day before and it has loosened my poop and it has passed easily without pushing the plug out. I've also worn a plug all day while at work and using a well fitting diaper cover is recommended as it cuts down on any unpleasant smells escaping. The weird experience is wearing overnight and waking up to a messy diaper when you have no feeling of having a bowel movement. A really good plus is you get a really good night sleep as i didn't have to get out of bed because of needing to go to the toilet or push to poop. I would recommend doing this but if it feels painful stop doing it and also start small and slowly build up to a larger size.

I've been 24\7 for years. I'm urinary incontinent but I've also started using my diapers for both. It seems silly not to use diapers for both when that is what they are designed to do. If I can get to a toilet then I do use toilet for number 2's as the clean up is quite a task. But I don't stress about being 24\7 after a while it feels like normal and you just get on with your day. The weirdest thing that happened to me was forgetting wearing a diaper , I know it sounds strange but if yo wear all of the time you do forget about bein in diapers as it is normal to you. There have been times when I have forgotten how long I've been in a diaper and then panic as I might leak but leaking is rare for me as I manage my diapers very well. Hope this helps.

If I want to poop like a fountain I drink about two pints of milk. Never been diagnosed but I think I may be lactose intolerant

Same as you i just let it come out when it wants to its more natural that way. Pooping when your body wants to instead of holding it is far better.

For me it varies. Because im urinary inco i use diapers 24/7. If im in bed and warm and comfortable and have to use my diaper then i just use it and wait until the morning to get changed. I think the longest is about 6 hours. I use really good skin cream so i dont get rashes usually. So for me it can be a matter of needing to poop, pooping then going back to sleep until the morning alarm clock wakes me up.

yep, has happened quite a few times but i have to wear 24/7 for urine incontinence. I simply excused myself and went and had a change and came back.
