  1. And water toxicity. Years ago a radio station ran a contest for a free Wii and the idea was who could drink the most water within a specific time. A woman wanted to win it for her kids but died of water toxicity. The poor kids probably never looked at another video game system in their lives and the radio station got sued big time. What a stupid idea in the first place! https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/jury-rules-radio-station-jennifer-strange-water-drinking/story?id=8970712
  2. Low end plastic backed Attends from Goodwill. Might last me 2 hours as I didn't "boost" it but that's about all the time I'll have for diapers this morning.
  3. I wore my first Incontrol BeDry diaper Friday night to bed. It lasted me 10+ hours and was super wet and swollen so thick I would never be able to get any pants over it except maybe sweat pants. No one would ever be able to miss that I was thickly diapered if they saw me. My issues are the side panels are shorter than normal for size large, the size I usually wear. I could barely overlap back to front to get it taped on. The tapes are refastenable but would not stay attached. I had to use diaper pins through all 4 tapes to pin it on. Otherwise the fit was good, the absorbency was excellent and very comfortable.
  4. Trump was arrested and charged with.... Oh, wait! That's not a joke.
  5. About 10 minutes ago. Very small load hard to push out. I hope there will be more before I change diapers.
  6. I wore my first BeDry night diaper to bed last night and after 8-1/2 hours I am still in it. I rarely sleep diapered and when I have in the past it's been in a Betterdry or Beyond XP5000. They won't last the night without leaking around the 5 to 6 hour mark, therefore I wanted to try a night diaper with a much higher rating. At 12,000ml capacity, this diaper did make it all the way through the night with heavy wetting. I'm still in it, wetting, and no leaks yet. The things I do not like about it are the hook and loop tapes on a plastic backed diaper even though there is a landing strip on the front. For me they do not stay taped on without coming loose. I need my diapers taped on snugly and had to use diaper pins to pin it on through the tapes. A bit of a minor issue, but I wish instead they had regular double tapes like most diapers, one that you can retape with the second tape if you need to snug it up a bit. My other problem is I am close to the maximum size for large. Other diapers I wear Large but these have shorter side panels and I barely was able to overlap the sides enough to tape it on. If you are close to the maximum waist size, go up a size. They do swell up a lot and get very bulky, as is expected with a diaper that has such a large capacity. I doubt they would be discreet for wearing in public if half way to capacity, and I couldn't even get my jeans on over them due to the bulk.
  7. BeDry night diaper with 12,000 rated capacity. I've been in it for 8-1/2 hours now and still going strong although very wet! It has really swelled up a lot and I plan on giving it a good test to see how long I can go without leaks. I have plastic pants on over it just in case. I do not like the velcro tapes though. They don't stay on and I have to use diaper pins through the tapes to pin the diaper on.
  8. I've been sick a couple weeks ago with an intestinal virus. Didn't feel like wearing diapers. Finally got better to go to work, which I did for the past 7 days. Have this evening and tomorrow with the house to myself so right now I am in a cloth backed Attends with a plastic backed Attends over the top of it. Later I will change into my first BeDry night diaper with the reported 12,000ML capacity for bed and see if I can sleep through the night with it. I usually have trouble falling asleep when diapered.
  9. When I was in high school one of my teachers always said Ph.D means "Piled Higher And Deeper". That sure applies to you as far as the contents of your morning diaper!
  10. I always have candles, flashlights and an oil lamp handy for when our power goes out. It's bad in winter when the house gets really cold, also not good for the tropical fish or trying to sleep without my CPAP! Seems our power is always the one that goes out! 2 blocks all around our house has power, it's always the block I live on that goes out!
  11. You should be able to adjust the water flow at the faucet.....
  12. You really can't have it both ways as far as having high quality and absorbent diapers for a budget price. You either pay a premium price for high quality diapers and change 3 times a day, or get low end store brands and change 6 or more times a day. I get lower end diapers at Goodwill when they have them but there are drawbacks and limits. I can pay $3 to $4 a package of 20 cloth backed disposable diapers like Attends, Prevail and others and make them last about 3 to 4 hours, but that is about their limit before needing to change. They are thinner less absorbent diapers that need changing a lot, yet the price is right. Problem is, Goodwill might only have 2 or 3 packages at a time. That means with 6+ changes in a 24 hour period you would go through about a package every 3 days or so. I doubt you could get enough diapers at Goodwill to continue week after week, even at $4 a package. Then try making one last you all through the night while sleeping. Won't work if you wet a lot. I say you probably will need to find a balance of lower end budget diapers to use some of the time when you can easily change every 3 to 4 hours, and more expensive ones for night time and those times you can't just change every few hours.
  13. I guess I'm different. For years (35+) I have been getting up 3 to 6 times a night to pee. Every hour to hour and a half on average. I go to the bathroom, pee, and back to bed where I just fall back to sleep. Probably been doing it so long it's never a problem to fall back to sleep right away when I get done in the bathroom.
  14. I bet they noticed you were wearing them at the AB/DL event! Ha Ha!
  15. I've had a waterbed for about 35 years. It's not fun when you get a pinhole leak or one even a bit larger, especially on the side or underneath! Basically impossible to fix even with Flextape! It's just like wetting the bed!
  16. Changed out of the Prevail cloth backed disposable I had on earlier this morning and I'm now wearing a thick snap on contoured cloth diaper and shimmery pearl plastic pants I got from Protex last year.
  17. Just like everyone else, they get paid for doing their job. Maybe they aren't always the college graduates or super high I.Q. people who do the lower end jobs, but think of how much you are saving them on Gym memberships and fees by giving them a basically free work out that they get paid for doing!
  18. Isn't it free if it doesn't arrive in 30 minutes or less? Might be worth it if you can heat it up in the micro wave - for breakfast!
  19. Low end plastic backed Attends. Good for maybe 2 hours but that's about all the time I have for being in a diaper this morning. After 45 minutes of being in it, I just wet it. I'm sitting on a washable waterproof chair pad as I expect minor leaking. I bought two packs of 20 at the Goodwill months ago for $3 each not realizing these were not nearly as absorbent as the cloth backed Attends I usually get at Goodwill, so I need to use them up. Sometimes I double diaper by putting one of these over another lower end cloth backed disposable, but this morning it's just this diaper, not even a booster inside.
  20. I get a couple chances each year to go 24/7 for a week, or very close to it. Last time was this past August when I took a solo vacation and drove to Pennsylvania. I was diapered from the time I left home Sunday morning at 8am until I got back home about 5pm Friday afternoon. No exceptions. Went everywhere in disposable diapers, plastic pants, onesie and shorts (except dress pants and dress shirt over my diapers one evening at a fancy restaurant). No messing, only wetting and never once peed in a toilet except when sitting on it to poo. I think that vacations are the most fun because instead of just going around your house all day in diapers, you are out seeing all the sites, museums and everything, just going about a normal day diapered and not having to worry about finding rest rooms or stopping along the way to find a rest area. My shorts may have looked a bit bulky but with the onesie and all, it was still discreet. Besides, if someone who sees me may wonder a bit that my shorts may look a bit bulky, who cares what a total stranger out of state who I don't know and will probably never see again in my life thinks.
  21. Funny, it wasn't until I was probably in my late teens or early 20's that I discovered the Sears catalog had adult cloth diapers and waterproof pants. I never ever thought there would be plastic pants sized for adults. It wouldn't have done me any good anyway because as a teen there was no way I could order them even if I had the money. I do remember around age 12 or 13 going to K-mart. They had a free standing shelf by the pet area that had diapers and plastic pants and they had one peg hook that had the biggest pair of plastic pants I had ever seen in my life! They were called "Super Size". They could easily fit a 200+ pound person and I wondered who would have a baby that big (longing for a pair of them for myself). Of course, later in life (before I even learned about AB/DL), I realized there were teens that probably still wet the bed, and even later adults that might need them for the same reason. I wasn't thinking old people, mental incapacity or incontinence, just some who may still wet the bed. Naturally, you wouldn't expect them to be in the Men's wear department next to the boxer shorts or tighty whities, this being the early 1970's, but I'm sure those who needed a size that huge would know where to find them in the store. All these years later when AB/DL is so prevalent, I wonder what those teens felt like when their mothers went and picked those super sized plastic pants off of the BABY rack! Same for the adults who needed them! This was years before home computers and the internet so there wasn't many options for buying adult sized plastic pants. Makes me think an adult bedwetter or one who has continent issues may have got a bit of a start on AB/DL from having to buy their adult sized plastic pants from the baby department at K-mart.
  22. Yes, ever since about age 4 when I had to wear cloth diapers and plastic pants to bed every night. Pretty sure they were Gerber plastic pants. My mom used to buy them in the local grocery store when she needed new ones with me sitting in the cart. I always dreaded when she turned down that aisle (which also had soup, dog food and the baking stuff). I never knew if she was going to stop in front of the baby food and pick a pair of the toddler plastic pants from the pegboard hooks above and put them in the shopping cart.
  23. Either a mob hit or some kinky bondage! I tend to think more of it being a mob hit as I don't see any cream cheese. The donuts are in case the cops show up.
  24. I wish I'd had to fight them all off when I was in high school, but that was not the case.
