Wow I didn't expect so many people not to know what DMLB meant. XD Dom mommy little boy. Basically the reverse of self (Dom daddy little girl).

Well if you've maybe read Tommy's Mommies on Wattpad by chance, that's a good example of the stories I'm looking for.

DDLg = Daddy Dom Little Girl, not Dom Daddy Little Girl. It's done in that order to emphasize the Daddy part over the Dom part usually. For a female Dom and a little male it is typically written MDlb to emphasize the Mommy aspect over the Domme aspect.

Okay, so I'll go one by one.

Sex: not necessarily, but not unwelcome

Psychological regression: yes

Physical regression: not 100% sure what you mean by that one.

In public: yes

Humiliation: welcome, but probably not the focus.

Diaper wearing: YES

Wetting, messing: YES

Breastfeeding: yes.
