Sometimes I work out in just a diaper in my room. But I keep my door closed and the window blinds shut.

Perhaps saying 'no hate zone' would be more appropriate?  Basically, you can do what you want so long as it doesn't cause a problem for others.

I work out in the diaper in my home gym but usually I have a leotard over it to keep it in place.
