Rachel Emily
(EDIT: I wrote the following before I realized the OP was addressing parf-time wearers specifically, but since I didn't even start wearing diapers until age thirty, there were plenty of times before then I would have considered diapers useful.) LittleMegan
Quite often really. When I am desperate for either a pee or a dump and I am nowhere near a toilet. Link to comment
astrodiaper
Quite often really. When I am desperate for either a pee or a dump and I am nowhere near a toilet. Agreed. When I was walking to and from work, diapers would have been handy. Of course, this would be one of those things that sound great in theory, but may not have worked in practice on some nights. DLdapper
Yes. Sometimes I get so used to wearing frequently... when I stop wearing I seem to find myself in situations where I need a toilet and none are nearby. I just don't think about keeping a toilet close to me when I am diapered! Link to comment

Baby Brian
Way too often- before I started wearing for full time, but after my accident which gave me my urge incontinence. This was when I was still in the Marines and didn't want to wear them for fear of what the others, and my co, would have thought or done. One very early morning was the worst. We were woken up all at once and made to sit in the hallway while they performed a surprise inspection. I hadn't been wearing a diaper right then but did get an urge at one point. It was all I could do to hold my pee back and not let the pain get to me. Eventually they got to my room and found the stash of diapers I had stowed away. Of course I had to explain it to them, and surprisingly they did not care. Boy I wished I was wearing one at that moment just to have that other kind of relief too. After that I started to wear diapers more often and closer to 24/7. Link to comment

2sail2
It seems that whenever I am out an about after an hour or so of eating, especially drinking coffee, I have to go. Link to comment
Lee B
L have begun to experience urge incontinence and am experiencing wetting my underwear if I don't get to the restroom quickly. Link to comment
Gsmax
My old job required me to stay put in a single spot nowhere near a restroom for up to 3 hours at a time. There were a couple shifts where I was bursting and had to rush out to the bathroom afterwards and it would've been convenient to be wearing if not for the panic of getting caught and having to explain to co-workers. Hey, you wouldn't be the first person to wear a diaper on the job for practical reasons. Seems to me you had a built-in excuse, and anyone who did comment would have looked like an ass. Shy-Diapers
Yes, actually just this monday i did. I have a bad ankle so i move pretty slowly. I was walking to class when this guy-who had a good 6'' and 100 lbs on me-came up to me in the hallway. He did something to me that i'm not going to talk about. I was shaking and when he got scared off i was soon on my ass crying and i wet my pants. I didn't even know i had to go. If I had been diapered it would've saved me the humility of having an officer escort me to the nurse, and maybe it would've stopped the guy in the first place. Link to comment
