While I will admit that this guy was obviously being a pervert, deliberately in front of children, and handing out the porn fliers was very wrong, the article did make me think about one thing. In a different context, say on the beach for example, what is the difference between a diaper and a speedo or a g-string? A diaper reveals far less. As somebody who is actually incontinent, I miss the days of sunbathing in public because of the stigma of diapers. Fortunately I have private property where I am able to sunbathe in privacy.

I've taken a stand on this & know for sure. I live in Jacksonville FL, not too incredibly far from the beach. I've seen way worse out there than someone in a diaper, and since I'm incontinent myself I need to wear them wherever I go- even to the beach. I do have a right to be there and I'm not doing anything wrong by wearing a diaper in public. The beach cops just walk on by, but I do get a lot of odd looks. I suppose that's to be expected though, especially from people who don't understand, are just ignorant, or even easily scared or threatened by anything they don't consider "normal".

WbDaddy, The human body is quite adaptive. I used to live in Michigan and could stand walking out in the snow barefoot with out a coat (for only a few minutes though). When I moved to Florida the heat and humidity was so sweltering I could hardly breath. Now it's quite the opposite. I love the heat and as soon as it hits 32 outside my whole body wants to lock up in pain.

If this guy did that to my kids, the police wouldnt be called. I would drag him to my house and whip his ass like he ant never had it done before.
