Hi everybody, I,ve just had the worst christmas ever ! I had the norovirus, it makes you throw up and diaorreah. I wear 24/7, and have done for a few years now and I can say that being diapered whilst the virus was inside me was a lot easier for me than it might have been if I wasn't diapered. There were several times when my head was in a bucket, and there was no way that I could have held in anything from the other end at the same time ! I was lying in bed for 4 days keeping myself hydrated, (I found it best just to drink lots of water) don't eat anything, you won't hold it down for more than a few minutes, and on several occassions my diaper really saved the day. If you do get this virus keep warm, keep hydrated, and stay away from other people, they can catch it from you. see you all soon 24/7 x

Hello guys. I am pondering the thought on buying Pampers Cruisers diapers from my neighborhood Walgreens. I would like to know the size of the waist you would need for each to fit snugly. I don't want to waste $$$ on diapers that won't fit me. I don't have diaper tapes (or whatever you call them...the things that extend the strap.) I will greatly appreciate any responses. Thank you!

Ok. So I've been waiting a week to get a case of bambino diapers and I've been completely without any for weeks already. Well, I have pool league tonight (the only night of the week) and I just received my case of diapers today. I really want to just flake on my team and stay home diapered. In all actuality id rather wear to the bar, which I've done before, but not while leaning over a pool table. Has anyone ever skipped out on a planned event or something similar to fulfill their abdl lifestyle?

I know this has been discussed a thousand times before, but which diaper has the best bang for the $. I have worn Secure X-Plus for a few years now; and they have performed very well for me, as I can wet multiple times and wear for 6 hrs or more before changing. The question is more about cost per diaper and performance (absorbancy) than cloth vs plastic. It doesn't matter to me if they are white, colored, or have printing on them. I really want a diaper that performs like the Secure X-Plus but cost ($1.64) the same or less per diaper. I have compared the Wellness diaper ($1.33) and it seems like a better buy, but does it hold up like the Secure X-Plus? I normally order a case at a time of the Secure X-Plus (XL SIZE) and is $79.06 / 48 = $1.64 ea. The Wellness diaper (XL SIZE) is $79.97 / 60 = $1.33 ea. So from the initial look, the price choice is simple. I made the mistake a year ago and bought a case of another diaper, that used to be listed with Secure Personal care line and has since been discontinued. It wasn't a good fit and the tapes or tabs ripped really easy. So I am looking for some suggustions from the community, that will help me choose a diaper that is in my price range per case (around $80) Any suggestion would be very helpful, thank you. 3R

One of my most favorite things about wearing a disposable diaper (other than using it of course) is having it checked by mommy. There are several ways to do this, but I think my favorite is the peek inside the leg cuffs. Does anyone else enjoy a diaper check as much as me? If so, which method do you prefer?

I'm scheduled to have a circumsicion next week. I was in for my pre-op clinic today to discuss my medical history and medications etc. I'm incontinent post incomplete spinal cord injury. I am ambulatory, but get fatigued easily. I'm also insulin dependent diabetic, which can wreak havoc on my bladder at times. I'm concerned about infections post surgery, wearing diapers 24/7, especially given the sensitivity of that area. i know i will be using polysporin for healing, but i also use critic-aid clear as a barrier cream to prevent diaper rashes. Has anyone reading this had a circumsicion as an adult? how was your recovery? were there any complications? If you are incontinent, were there complications as a result of this? I will be in the hospital overnight for observation after surgery. I asked the nurses about what to do regarding diapers. They suggested that although they have them there, that the abena L4's I use will be much better. Also, do you think it would be wrong to ask for help changing during recovery?? i may very will need it with the painkillers i'll be on. any advice or comments would be wonderfully appreciated. Before I tell you what happened I need to explain some stuff before hand. Last month I saw the buy one get one half Off on Abu sdk's and even though they where on pre order I decided to order half a case worth. Since I live at home (I'm 19) fed ex will allow you to ship to office max and they will hold it for you. Now I recieved an email on Tuesday stating that they were sent and would be there on Friday. There is was a problem however though in that I would be gone until late Saturday because I was going up to my older sisters wedding. So I called and they said it would be no problem for them to hold it till Sunday when I could pick them up. Now fast forward to this morning... I walk into office max and go to the fed ex counter to pick up my package and told the cashier that I had a fed ex package that was in that I needed to pick up. She couldn't find it anywhere and asked what the contents where and I just told her the weight of the Package and then she got on the phone and talked for a minute and then giggled. Now both the asking of what the contents were and her giggle should have sent up red flags but I was to busy planning out what the rest of my errands. She walked to the front of the store pulled up a package and to my horror the package had been opened! She looked up at me in and I have never seen anyone holding back a smile/laugh as hard as she replaced the papers In the box including a full page ab girl dressed in their ab shirt offering a 10% Off on there "baby clothing" She looked at me and said " are these your diapers?" at this point every part of my body was sceaming to run and I quickly decided that the game was up so the best thing to do was admit they were mine and quickly get out of the store. All I could croak out was "yep" as I started cursing myself for buying ab printed diapers atleast if they were plain I could have said they were grandparents But the baby bears where clearly showing. She handed me my package and my ID and I did not stop to ask why they were opened nor did she stop to ask me identity questions (normaly they pull up there computers and confirm that I'm the person who ordered them) All I could do was grab diapers and my ID and walked (not run) out of the store with my dignity in ashes. What mortified me the most was that they had been sitting there for 2 days probably opened while everyone laughed and wondered what freak would order this. I'm sure I've become the laughing stalk of OfficeMax and the story of the month if not of the year. What angers me the most was that they were opened. Isn't it illegal to open someone's mail?! I feel like calling and complaining to fed ex but I'd rather not have to explain the them why I'm buying diapers with baby printing...

So I'm going to try losing some weight before the winter months set in. I'm doing this for two main reasons, one is to get into clothes that no longer fit (some of my favorite shirts I might add) and admittedly be at a more healthier weight, and the second is so that I can comfortably put on my diapers without feeling ... um... like it's some major chore that requires a lot of effort. There was a time in my life where I was able to put on a diaper in less than 5 minutes, and now I'm lucky if I can get into one within 20 minutes. FIrst off, I'm an adult picky eater. What this means is that I cannot (even if it meant my life depended on it) change my dietary intake. No matter what, this is NOT going to change. I can't eat fruits nor veggies (I won't explain why, because that's just irrelevant here). Second, I'm looking for alternative solutions, i.e. workouts, possibly alternative things like protein shakes or meal supplements that might help aid in the weight loss quest. Lastly, I want to be able to fit comfortably in a Medium Molicare super brief instead of the L/XL Depends that I've been using over the last 7-9 years (ever since the "American Fare" brand of K-mart stopped selling their "Large" adult diapers/briefs). I'd post a picture, but I'm a little shy about posting my face, especially for privacy reasons. I know this largely has nothing to do with diapers, but when it's hard to put one on let alone masturbate in one (Yes, I admit to masturbating, and I don't care), it's time for a change (pun is intended). Ideally, I'd like to lose 30 pounds, but realistically, I'll settle for 15 and work my way down from there. So any tips or suggestions other than dietary restrictions would be wonderful. Thanks!

I am done with college & moving back in with my parents. I have a bunch of diapers and no room or space to hide them. They are as good as new, out of original packaging, stored in cardboard boxes ready for shipping. I don't know how many other writers and authors out there would be interested but I'd like to recruit some editors and proofreaders to help clean up and make my stories more presentable, easier to read and generally a better product. I'm sure other writers and authors would appreciate the same. Feel free to chime in if you like. In return for your editing and proofreading, you would be the first to read a new story and possibly help shape the direction and flow of the story. Also, I'd be willing to proofread and perform minor edits within my field of interest, primarily DL and SciFi topics. I would propose that writers and editors agree on a format, such as .rtf, .txt or .doc or other common formats that are mutually agreeable. Chime in!

hey guys, I know a lot of you guys seem to prefer plastic covers over cloth covers, maybe because the diapers you wore as kids were plastic. But, I am of the slightly newer generation (90's), and I grew up with clothlike (huggies, pampers, goodnites) covers and I was wondering if anyone else shared my opinion. Of course, there are different kinds of clothlike covers, the ones on depends suck, the ones on goodnites, huggies and pampers were my favourite, they were the softest to touch. I know ABU Cushies have a cloth like model but that's about the only adult diaper that does (and I don't know how it compares to the three diapers i mentioned above). Does anyone else share my opinion? I'd love to hear what you guys have to say

At long last, I've decided to write a third "Life with Claire" story, with one chapter each day from now until Christmas Eve. Consider it my gift to all of you who liked my original stories. --- One The atmosphere inside the mall was electric with the holiday shopping frenzy. Whole families and troupes of friends rushed past each other through the aisles and escalators of every Macy's and Sears store, filling the air with the sound of kids laughing and crying while the same twelve Christmas songs were played on an endless loop. Through the chaos engulfing the first-floor Macy's, Jessica walked with a clear purpose. She kept one hand stuck in the pocket of her fur-collared jacket and the other hand tightly gripping the shopping list she'd received from her Aunt Claire earlier that morning. She'd known how insane it was to try and find any Christmas dinner supplies at this time of the season, but she had to try. The whole family was counting on it. From her left, she heard someone call out, "Jess! I got it!" Jessica turned and saw her friend Samantha come weaving and dodging through the thickest part of the shopping crowd. Samantha wasn't hard to miss, wearing a bright red pea coat and a white scarf trailing around her neck. The demented grin on her face brought a smile to Jessica's as she came to meet her friend halfway across the aisle. "You won't believe it," Samantha said, panting for breath as she came to a halt, "but I got the last one." She held up a beautiful tablecloth inside a square plastic package--the reindeer-embroidered tablecloth her grandmother used to have many Christmases ago. Jessica's grin widened. "That's fantastic! So how many older women did you have to fight off for it?" "Only a dozen," Samantha replied with a flippant shrug. She tucked the package under her arm and slid her other arm around Jessica's waist. "That's put us almost halfway done, am I right?" "We just need to get to Sears before all the cooking ware disappears." Jessica consulted her list and nodded. "With any luck, we should be done before six and back home in time for dinner." "Great!" Samantha led Jessica toward the front of the store. "And maybe then, we'll see if Sarah will be up for some roleplaying." Jessica considered that for a moment. Then she let out a satisfied smile and answered, "I think that'd be nice. Let's hope she's not too tired for it." "Say, Jess..." Samantha leaned in with a serious expression. "Sorry to bring this up, but... do you need a break to go change?" Jessica smiled and shook her head. "I'm fine, Sam. But thanks for asking." "Sorry. Old habit." "I still think it's sweet." --- It had been almost seven years since Jessica had finally gotten out of diapers. Like most girls, she had been toilet trained and out of diapers by the age of four, but things had conspired to go badly in her life after that. Her father suddenly leaving had caused her mother's mind to finally snap, and she'd taken out her rage on poor Jessica, who'd been forced back into diapers and treated like a baby for several weeks. It was only by Providence that her mother's younger sister Claire had steppped in and rescued Jessica from that wide-awake nightmare, although the damage had been done. For the next ten years, Jessica had to struggle with all manner of trauma. Emotionally-triggered flashbacks. An inability to be close with anyone except her Aunt Claire, her cousin Sarah, and her friend Samantha. And of course, the fact that she was completely incontinent. Being a teenager who still had to wear diapers had been particularly humiliating, even if she was fortunate enough that no one except for Samantha and the school nurses ever knew about them. Eventually, though, things got better. Jessica had been able to confront some of her worst traumas after an episode involving Sarah, who had just come out to their aunt about her diaper fetish. She also had found a boyfriend, Ryan, whose sympathy had overtaken his apprehension about the issue of her diapers. Claire herself had finally been able to move on from being simply Jessica's guardian and, after some soul-searching, had also come out of the closet. Now Jessica and Sarah had a whole new aunt, Andrea, Claire's old college roommate and current partner. Everything changed after that. Jessica, Sarah, and Samantha were able to get their own apartment with the help of Claire and Andrea. While Sarah got a promotion at her PR job, Jessica and Samantha went to work for a fashion boutique on Main Street. And most important for Jessica was the fact that she had begun to regain proper bladder and bowel control, having only to wear a diaper at night and getting by with a bladder pad in her underwear by day. But there were also sad developments, too. Just three months prior, Grandma Rose had passed away in her sleep at the age of eighty-nine. After the funeral, it was decided that Claire and Andy would have Christmas Eve dinner at their home for the very first time and the usual Christmas Day party at Sarah's parents' house. This was why Jessica was so urgent about getting everything that day at the mall. Her Aunt Claire was her second mother--her only real mother, as far as she was concerned--and she didn't want to disappoint her in making this Christmas as special as all the others. --- At close to five-thirty that day, Jessica had crossed the final item off her list. She handed the list to Samantha, who promptly crumpled it up and tossed it over her shoulder into a trash can behind her. And with that, they declared their holiday shopping over at last. On their way out of the mall, they passed by the Santa Claus workshop in the atrium, where there was still a decent-sized line of children waiting their turn. Samantha noticed one of Santa's elves was a tall guy with a pencil-thin beard and very cute eyes, though despite her efforts, she couldn't seem to attract his attention at the head of the line. "Nice, Sam," Jessica commented. "Now I finally know what to get you for Christmas." "Plus he's one of Santa's elves, so you know he's good at making presents," Samantha exclaimed in between giggles. "He's the gift that keeps on giving!" Jessica had to stifle a groan behind her lips as she grabbed her friend's elbow to lead her away. But then she heard over her shoulder someone say, "It's okay, Ritchie, I'm off break now..." Something about the voice struck her as familiar. She turned around and saw a man in a Santa suit emerge from behind the workshop, out of sight of the kids. He was holding a thick white beard in one hand and a Santa hat in the other, but it was his face that drew Jessica's eye. She knew his face. The hair was grayer, the skin was more lined, and the eyes were sunken, but there was no doubt it was him. Jessica slowly approached, hands clenched into fists inside her jacket. As she came up, the man glanced her way and froze. His eyes went wide at the sight of her. "J-Jessica," he mumbled, nearly dropping the fake beard. "God, honey... it's really you, isn't it?" Despite the nervous trickle her bladder released into her padded underwear, Jessica didn't flinch. She kept her hands tight and answered, "Hi, Dad. How've you been?"

I have used foley catheters before with diapers and found something that i am not quite sure what to make of. After about 5 to 8 days with the cath in, i find that they get plugges with a yellowish, non-smelling, non slimy, but somewhat pasty gunk. It is kind of like something that is just simply dry and flaky, kindof like dandruff so to speak. Does anyone know what to make of this? have spoken with a couple of medical people and they all have said that it does not sound like any UTI that they have heard of

So, I spent the entirety of this weekend in nothing but diapers, using my pacifier and bottle the whole time. At first, it was a little bit difficult to use my diapers, as I wasn't holding anything in. Anytime I had to go #1 or #2, I just went. It was really quite wonderful. The pacifier was a little bit interesting to get used to as well. However, now that I'm at the end of my 24/7 weekend, I took a shower and as I got out, I noticed I had to pee. Strangely enough, my very first thought was "Better put on a diaper." I think it's kind of indicative that I'm getting used to going potty in my pants. Also, I found that it was actually sort of difficult to go any place that wasn't my diaper. I tried to pee in the shower, but just couldn't get myself to, same with the potty. But once I had my diaper on, I was able to just let it all go. I also have started just completely forgetting that I'm suckling on my paci, it's just natural for me now. hehehe... Not sure if I should be concerned or not, as this is all true... But for now, I'm happy with it. I'm having a great time. Just posted for your comments, considerations, and thoughts
