it's wood pulp and SAP, i m not sure if it would be cheaper, it wouldn't hold as much if it was just fluff, i also heard it gets less soft the more you stuff in a diaper

1. The diaper will be plastic 2. Generally white, but I am looking to get full diaper prints in a baby blue/pink color scheme (i need help with design) 3. I am gonna see if we can get wetness indicators in shapes, (kinda like the pull ups) 4. not sure of the color, but whatever looks pretty 5. Well, I am looking at tapes 6. 2 fasteners per side, i looked at 1 sides but according to my manufacturers and reviewers, they say 1 fastener is insufficient in terms of holding up a saturated diaper and may leak a little more 7. Retail price is aimed at $1.5 per diaper, but under $2 is minimal, I want to make it as cheap as possible so that it doesn't become a luxury diaper if you know what I mean

Cause if I work with a third party inventory manager, it'll drive the prices up and i kinda don't want that

For now, I am looking at regular adult diapers, depending on how that goes, I might open up a pull up line on the side. The lowest bulk shipment is rather big, they're telling me about 58000 diapers. Coming in containers of 6 bags, each bag carries 10 diapers. lol, whoever gets to look after them has a lifetime supply xD

Hey guys, I am talking to a manufacturer right now about designing a diaper specifically for ABDLs, I really want your input, I want to design something of great quality but keep the price down. Tell me what you think Also, does anyone like the idea of a dedicated ABDL pull up diaper? Something in adult sizes that are cheap, babyish, shaped like goodnites or pull ups.

Hey guys, Just wondering, what would your dream diaper be? I would want something that has - wetness liner - elastic liners for the legs - very thick (2 cm thick) - soft - single, refastenable tapes - i don't really care about much absorbancy, but big absorbancy is a plus - cute designs - i know most of you guys don't like cloth like, but I kinda want a clothlike cover diaper xD - a more streamlined fit, so that the crotch is a little less bulky What do you guys want in a diaper?

Well, I am not really a wetter, I just like to wear diapers and so for me, what matters most is texture, thickness, and aesthetics. I am not really bashing depends for their performance (as I have no say), in terms of retaining the limited amount of fluid my body expels i have no problem with it, it's just that I am just not a big fan of their material, it doesn't feel as soft or as nice as baby diapers xD. Whenever I see a baby diaper I'll touch the material and have a little moment to myself, wishing that adult diapers could be the same. I have had some problem with bambinos not fitting well, pull ups and baby diapers fit well as a child, but they're too thin, I just wish that someone could make a thicker and upscaled version of the well fitted baby diapers, with the same materials et al.

Bambino's are rectangular and the diaper will slip into one of my crotch sides more than the other if you know what i mean

Ohhhh, I didn't notice until now, but now that you mention it, I really like the hour glass shape, it fits a lot nicer, I am not really into wetting so I don't mind if it doesn't carry much. What makes cloth ones more convenient?

hey guys, I know a lot of you guys seem to prefer plastic covers over cloth covers, maybe because the diapers you wore as kids were plastic. But, I am of the slightly newer generation (90's), and I grew up with clothlike (huggies, pampers, goodnites) covers and I was wondering if anyone else shared my opinion. Of course, there are different kinds of clothlike covers, the ones on depends suck, the ones on goodnites, huggies and pampers were my favourite, they were the softest to touch. I know ABU Cushies have a cloth like model but that's about the only adult diaper that does (and I don't know how it compares to the three diapers i mentioned above). Does anyone else share my opinion? I'd love to hear what you guys have to say
