  1. At 3.5 I'm pretty small. Mostly I feel if doesn't really matter since I have one partner I love and who loves me. I'm also at the age I don't really care anymore. However there is also what I guess you could call mild SPH fantasies floating around my head sometimes that I'm not a real man due to my size (hence my online persona). It doesn't take up a lot of brain space but it is there.
  2. I occasionally use one as I sleep if I can remember to get it cleaned and prepped. I've sometimes tried it during the day while at home to try to curb my smoking when my stress level is too high and it does seem to work well. The problem for me is if my paci's are out of site they're usually out of mind so it's not something I regularly do.
  3. With my wife I'm ok either way but probably feel a small bit more comfortable nude rather than in a diaper. For others (gym, medical procedures) absolutely more comfortable nude.
  4. Not needed since I'm the only one that needs to know. They don't bother me though.
  5. I have varying modes. I must wear some form of protection at all times because of frequent-enough spontaneous bladder urges and also frequent nighttime wetting. However much of the time the signals work just fine and I can make it to the toilet easily. When I'm around polite company I do just that. I also mainly do that at home. However sometimes I get into lazy mode and just pee and sometimes poop into my diaper. That might account for about 30% of my home alone time.
  6. I pretty much wear all the time now with few exceptions. Most times I'm out and about and I'm not expecting to need a change I'll be wearing a pull-up. I always keep a bag with extra diapers, wipes, etc with me just in case
  7. I have TSAPre which usually means bypassing the scanner & going through a metal detector instead, however that's not always a guarantee. When I flew last I wet myself shortly after bag drop. Knowing that a random full screen could happen I elected to change into a fresh diaper before security. I'd just be too embarrassed to actually risk a full screen with even a slightly damp diaper.
  8. I always pack 4 or 5 trash bags when I'm on trips and could easily pack more since they take up no room. Usually enough to accommodate dirty clothes and dispose of diapers and bed pads.
  9. I also don't have memories of being diapered as a baby. Most of my memories begin between 4 and 5 when I was well out of diapers. When my brother got to toddler age I do remember sneaking and wearing his plastic pants. When my mom found out I remember her saying something to the effect of "You don't really want to have to wear these do you?" Of course I said no but that wasn't quite true.
  10. I'm actually not really sure what the first one I bought was. I think it was probably a Walgreens brief from around the mid-80s? I do remember they had a pretty neat looking quilted soaker. I don't recall them being very effective though
  11. So far I've had little success when shopping for diapers at my local Goodwill's. One just had Prevail pull-ups and nothing else. The other had nothing at all. Must say though you can't beat $3 for a pack of anything. I made the prevails work as a doubler. I still mainly shop at drugstores for pull-ups and diapers. Mainly because I don't want to fall into the overordering trap I see lots of folks here get into. Plus I don't really have the space to store cases. I guess I've gotten over the self-conscious feelings mostly. Once in awhile it seems like I get quizzical looks but it's usually fleeting.
  12. Not during an exam but when I was in the hospital the doctor was very early on his rounds and wanted to see an infected area on my inner thigh. He was so early there was no time to change my diaper and it got saturated overnight, gown and underpad included. I also thought I was also going to pee during an ultrasound because of the pressure but I lucked out on that one.
  13. I guess short answer is "I don't know". I have given them up for years at a time but that was when I wore for comfort. Now I'm pretty dependant on them since I have some control issues. I would like to have the ability to pick and choose when I wear since diapers introduce a whole new level of issues on their own. I'm hopeful that can happen but honestly I'm not sure
  14. I'm rooting for you two! Like I said earlier she sounds like a wonderful lady. Looking forward to how your courtship progresses!
  15. I think Barbara sounds like a wonderful lady and there's certainly mutual attraction. I hope things work well with you two. If not hopefully you'll have at least a lasting friendship.
  16. Jeans for sure, although I do own a few pairs of heavier-wright sweats that would also do the trick. Around the house where being seen isn't an issue I'll wear lighter-weight sweats or yoga pants. With these there's no doubt about what I have on underneath. ?
  17. I have not breastfed as an adult so I'm afraid I can't get you expert advice. One thing I would be concerned about is daily intake of milk that has a high fructose and fat content. That could give you problems bigger than just the trots down the road. I'd recommend self-evaluating your overall health first. If you have a metabolism that burns through that stuff like a horse then give it a try. Otherwise you might have to pass.
  18. I'm pretty wimpy when it comes to change intervals. Partially out of necessity since my "strongest" diapers are usually the existing medical line ones like Tranquility or Tena. Also because I really can't tolerate being in a wet one longer than say 6 hrs. My clock goes into monitor mode after my first wetting, nudging me to pay attention to when change time comes. Since I went to cloth at night I usually change fairly quickly after waking. I still haven't built up a tolerance for the saturated feeling yet.
  19. Back when I just wore for fun I'd use them for both 1 and 2, but mainly 1. Now that I have a semi need it's mostly the same situation. I try to make sure I'm at a toilet for big #2 blowouts but if I'm already in a wet diaper, I'm home and am expecting a normal morning poo I'll often just use my diaper since clean-up would be the natural follow-up anyway.
  20. Like others I generally have a bag with supplies plus a change of pants. Generally I'll try to change in a family restroom or another single-occupancy restroom or try to get home. I have yet to encounter a public restroom changing table that's big or sturdy enough to accommodate me but I'll sometimes set my supplies on them while I clean and change.
  21. I wear pads from time to time. Generally it's been if I had an abrasion "down there" or if I know it'll get swampy due to high heat or activity. I've found they're a poor substitute for urine collection though compared to even a cheap pull up so I usually just go that route.
  22. For the past 2 months I have taken to laying out a few disposable bed pads over my waterproof mattress cover and forgoing getting up to use the toilet at night. Instead I'm stirring awake just long enough to wet my diaper. Before I would have to stumble to the bathroom about 2 times a night. I have to say my sleep seems to have improved quite a bit so I'm moving this out of the experimental stage and this will be how I sleep from here out. What's surprised me about this is how quickly I gained the ability to "let go" in the lying down position. Before I always needed to at least stand up. I think my stay at the hospital may have changed that since it was a challenge to make it to the bathroom while hooked up on IV drips. Consequently I ended up with a wet diaper each morning. Side note: I'm also a long-time CPAP user. MUCH easier not having to get out of the bed!
  23. I think all the "accidents" I had as a youngster (and a few as an adult) were all due to being faced with using a public toilet that looked like someone had disemboweled a goat on our just going in my pants. I always chose the latter. How many times did this happen? More than I can accurately account for. Lots of poorly maintained gas station restrooms back in the day. Thank God for Starbucks restrooms! ☕
  24. I've had my CPAP for close to 20 years. Before sleep apnea was absolutely kicking my butt. Once I found myself drifting off while driving I knew it was time. I have a basic machine with a partial mask covering my nose. It took forever to get used to it but now me and the machine are inseparable. I legit get anxiety when I can't use it like of I travel and forget to bring the power adapter with me. I always make sure I have backup power for it at home in case of power outages. It has helped me tremendously.
