I was at work that day at a commercial aircraft repair facility. Someone came on the plane and said planes just flew into the world trade center. Good for you for sticking with the fight! Based on some of the shows I have seen about gender reassignment, they often require you to live as the gender you wish to become. It may help things along to compile the evidence that you have been living as a fully incontinent person for some time. Information like how many diapers you use and how long you go between changes. This may sound weird going to any future appointments with a wet diaper may reinforce how serious you are about this. Just my suggestions. Stay Strong!

Agreed. Was in an airport restroom once and saw a guy go in to one of the stalls. Next thing I heard was the tapes ripping and he put the used diaper on the top of the stall door. Not a thing was said about it.

I also find the Abena level 4 to be the best at wicking. I routinely notice that the entire diaper is wet from front to back when I change. That said, Dry 24/7 is also good at wicking and soaking the entire diaper. I do find that pointing down to the center for males allows the pee to go both directions better.

Just one more question. Was that a fresh diaper or had it been used somewhat? Just trying to gauge the amount of bulge that happens.

What size is this one and what diaper are you wearing underneath?

You will like the M4 diaper. It has excellent wicking qualities allow use of the entire diaper.

I always remember wearing pampers and Huggies. That was in the late 70’s so disposable diapers were not “ultra trim” like today. They were thick, bulky, and noticeable.

I too like the Megamax for the absorbency, security and good fit. That being said I would recommend trying the abenas. They have double layer tapes which make positioning and adjusting pretty easy. They also have excellent wicking qualities. They are one of the few diapers that I am able to wet from front to back before having to change. You will most likely get about 6-8 hours out of one with normal wettings.

I too have had times where I "purged" my diapers. There are often times when I don't want to wear and times when I really need to wear. What I would suggest is that you find a place to hide your diapers that is out of sight. That way you know they are there if you need them.

I love the bulk created by a booster pad. Also they do help carry liquid to the back of the diaper which is helpful for men. One must be careful though as some boosters get so thick when saturated that they will overwhelm the leak guards.

Another option is clear mylar packing tape. I have used this several times as it bonds well and actually can be removed when changing diapers. Note: does not work on diapers with cloth outer covering.

Landing strips help me because a diaper often stretches a little bit when I put it on. It helps by allowing me to reposition the tapes to get a better fit.

The more bulk the better. I particularly like the front bulge you get with really absorbent diapers.

I think one also needs to look at this as absorbency as well as thickness. The thickest combination I have ever worn was a Dry 24/7 with an ABU booster inside. Very thick when dry and really swollen when wet.
