    Total incontinence can be a blessing if you've been battling painful bladder and bowel problems like I have for the past 6 years. I just gave into diapers 4 days ago an already have been noticing great improvements to my health and well-being. When meds and other treatments have been failing, diapers may be the best option.

    I like as thick as I can get them. I definitely need a lot of absorbency with my really overactive bladder.

    Start of day 4 update: I had my first accident when I didn't notice I was wetting until things started getting really warm. Bowel movements are becoming easier to pass and much softer. Pain is very little now. My friends noticed my mood has been better and I look well. I think my decision has been made, 24/7 is the way to go!

    Yeah, I at least I feel remorse. I guess that says a lot about my character. Thanks again for helping me see this the way I should have been. If we were all that hard on ourselves we all would be losing our minds.

    Thanks, it is true that sometimes it isn't the person thats insane but the people he or she deals with. The world can be a very hostile and unwelcoming place at times. But we must try to improve things for ourselves and those we care about.

    Thanks, I may donate some money to charity. Maybe I should donate $20 every time I do something bad. Or I can start going to church or something. I really need to work on not hating myself for what I have done but I should start hating the acts instead.

    I don't know why but today I started to reflect on my past actions and it has me in tears. I actually had to take several breaks from writing this so my friend would get back home and see me in this pathetic state. I used to be this habitual liar and manipulator that was always in it for himself and only cared about getting away with said acts. Looking back, I wonder how badly and for how long has my actions impacted those people. If given the opportunity I would like to right all the wrongs I have done. But some of those people I probably couldn't even find if I tried. Omg, I am suck a f**king piece of sh*t parasite. I feel like I don't deserve to be alive right now. I just don't know what to do.

    Is it a good idea to keep two brands of diapers around? One for relaxing at home and one to go about my daily activities in. I've decided to go with dry 24/7 for public wearing and a ABDL style diaper if I am staying at home all day.

    Nice, for me it's Shooter: Call of duty, ( Any boots on the ground titles ) Halo, Rainbow six siege, Titianfall 1&2, Doom, Duke nukem, battlefield, and I forgot some of the others. Survival horror: Resident evil ( Whole franchise ), Dead space 1, 2, and 3, Silent hill ( whole franchise), clock tower 1, 2, and 3, and more I can't name off the top of my head. RPGS: Fallout 3, 4, New Vegas, Skyrim, Dragons dogma dark arisen, Dark souls 1,2, and 3. Fighting: Mortal Kombat, Devil may cry (whole series), and Soul calibur (whole series).

    Thanks so much for your support. I actually have a meeting every Monday evening and I am seeing a private therapist to find better ways to cope with life's problems. I hope all continues to go well in your recovery.

    I just gave up on the toilet 2 days ago, today is my 3rd day of 24/7 diapering. I am testing if just letting my bladder and bowels empty would make my pain and spasms from holding go away and I am already starting to feel a whole lot better.

    I have been a mental train wreck most of my life. My parents didn't treat me right growing up and I was relentlessly harassed and bullied throughout school. Doc's think that pumping me full of meds can fix me but things aren't really that simple. I've attempted suicide 5 different times and ended up on a 96 hour hold for each of those attempts. Don't even get me started on those places (psych hospitals). They are very much like a jail. Sorry for the rant, just having been through all of this was a nightmare and I am afraid that there is still more of that to come.

    What if it's either you or them? I'll think i'll choose them. There are some really dangerous people in this world that don't play by our rules and can acquire guns regardless of whether they can pass a background check or not. By not allowing the people their right to bear arms you would be taking away their only effective defense against such dangerous individuals.

    I been down that road with alcoholism. I been out of rehab since the end of April. I have been pretty good about staying sober since then expect for one slip up, but I got my head back on straight and stopped the next day. It is a disease that will ruin and even end lifes. People please be careful and don't head down that road.

    I think pot should be legal but treated the same as alcohol. For 21 and older only.
