BOTH, I often just wear due to my activity schedule. I would say my just wearing/using is 70/30%. I do wear 24/7.

I wear diapers alot when I go out for a serious drinking session with a booster pad. During winter months I usually put plastic pants over the diaper too. It's funny when I decide to go I get in my pee stance while with the guys and let er flow without alerting anyone as to what's going on and I think "geez if they only knew",

I have spanked bare bottom and over the diaper to littles. It all depends what I and the little decide on prior to any spanking or paddling session to take place. UNIQUE WELLNESS just came out with pull-ups too, OMG they are the softest I have worn yet in my 30+ years as a DL - if you are a pull-up wearer give them a try.

I enjoy wetting in a diaper in public. I really enjoy it most waiting in a checkout line or while at a bar when I am with my friends.

I think they are talking about the Abena ABRI SANS pad. They are "hour glass" shaped. I use them on my littles as a booster. They are actually a diaper for use with very snug fitting diaper pants to hold the diaper pad secure when using. Many people do in fact use them as a booster but when doing so you need to puncture or slit the outside waterproof protective material so the pee can seep through to the diaper that you are using with the Abri Sans pad. I get them from XP Medical and these are still made. I think they are much better then the Abri-Let "booster pad".

I really enjoy the WELLNESS briefs! I can use it for a 10 hour wearing without any problem. I definately think they are fairly priced and good quality.
