I'm in diapers 5 days a week. I don't need them but I've grown so used to them in the 30+ years of my brain telling me I need this that wearing them has become 2nd nature. I've had sleeping accidents where I was diapered and woke up in wet underwear. I'm still enjoying my padding and life goes on.

That does seem like it's overkill and I think one premium diaper in place of underwear would not only cut costs but laundry. If you're going to wear a onsie I do think plastic pants are a good idea because I've found the crotch of the onsie will typically come in contact with urine and absorb some of it. I would wear a solid color onsie sometimes as an undershirt to prevent peeking.

It involves serious bodily injury. Spinal injuries and punctures to bladder/bowels, had a friend that was into fisting. He said he got a bruised prostate that resulted in swelling that stopped any urination and then after a few days, the swelling went down and he couldn't hold anything. Also a pretty bad tear of his rectum kept him in diapers for all things. Just don't do it. Wear diapers from now on and never use a toilet.

If I'm on northshore's site, it's to buy northshore products anyway. Megamax is the only thing I wear anyway. I'd love to see them come out with some new stuff though. Like a cloth style 8-12 hour diaper with a landing zone for hook and loop tapes, offered in multiple colors and adult designed patterns. A series of plastic pants that come in different colors and designs that are also cloth style to the touch. A few new colors and patterns for megamax wouldn't hurt. As for betterdry, I've only heard good things. Just never felt compelled to try them when MM cost a little less and offer more features.

What kind of diaper was that? 6-8 times, drenched front to back and no leaks?

I work in a hospital and I'm in charge of security for all the prisoners that are too injured/sick to be at the jail. I don't know exactly how many thug looking tough guys with face tattoos I've seen walking around in a gown and sagging diaper, but I'm sure it's more than 100. They don't seem too self conscious about it, I'm sure they'd be even less so if they knew I was wearing a megamax under my uniform pants

What is diverticulitis and how will this surgery help? I'm assuming that since you're on this site it has something to do with bowel incontinence

I don't need diapers but I like them and the convenience they offer. At first I was convinced that anyone who glanced at me could tell I was wearing one. Then I realized unless the person knows what to look for, there is almost no chance of them being able to tell. Even the crinkle sound is not as loud as you perceive it. Even other AB/DLs don't always know if you are or are not wearing. So it seems a non decision that I'm glad you reached successfully to keep from having wet and messy pants, because those are quite obvious.

I would go with megamax. That's all I wear. Seems like fit and finish, as well as quality control is the best I've tried and I've been wearing and using diapers since the late 90's. They're a little pricey but I can typically make one go longer than 12 hours unless alcohol is involved. They're also just thin enough to be discreet under slightly roomy clothing. I did however wear them under some skinny jeans at a bar during pride one year. Ended up leaking and I changed into a fresh diaper in the back of the car. Jeans dried in about a half hour after that

The topic of print is true, however when you have a diaper that has a print similar to a baby diaper, that is also so thick, wide , and crinkly that is is intentionally designed to emulate a baby diaper then I can see their point. If your goal is a pleasant design that is very absorbent, discreet, but also pleasing in its fit and appearance, then I'd say you are right that it is not necessarily abdl but only a high quality undergarment that looks nice too. I think rearz and especially northshore are the only ones who offer something like that. Abena s/m/l 4 could also be considered if they make some changes to quality. Any other diapers I left out that fit the latter description I'd love to hear about. Just wanted to add, if they ever come out with Rick and Morty adult diapers or Family Guy I'm going to buy them for sure.

My spouse does not like my diapers but I'm not dependent so I save them for when he's not around. I have several padded friends that I'm allowed to play with and while two people wearing a diaper restricts penetration, the touching and groping of two people in thick diapers is very sensual and often ends in climax for one or both of us anyway.

So you wear 24/7 initially for bowel control and you're concerned with the girl you're dating finding out you now need diapers for wetting? If she knows about your diapers already, I don't think it should be a problem.
