30-36 changes a week!? I think you need thicker diapers or cut back on water a bit. Probably 20 for me with megamax

It involves serious bodily injury. Spinal injuries and punctures to bladder/bowels, had a friend that was into fisting. He said he got a bruised prostate that resulted in swelling that stopped any urination and then after a few days, the swelling went down and he couldn't hold anything. Also a pretty bad tear of his rectum kept him in diapers for all things. Just don't do it. Wear diapers from now on and never use a toilet.

I've tried all those and after all the details of the different diapers megamax is my favorite

If I'm on northshore's site, it's to buy northshore products anyway. Megamax is the only thing I wear anyway. I'd love to see them come out with some new stuff though. Like a cloth style 8-12 hour diaper with a landing zone for hook and loop tapes, offered in multiple colors and adult designed patterns. A series of plastic pants that come in different colors and designs that are also cloth style to the touch. A few new colors and patterns for megamax wouldn't hurt. As for betterdry, I've only heard good things. Just never felt compelled to try them when MM cost a little less and offer more features.

What kind of diaper was that? 6-8 times, drenched front to back and no leaks?

I work in a hospital and I'm in charge of security for all the prisoners that are too injured/sick to be at the jail. I don't know exactly how many thug looking tough guys with face tattoos I've seen walking around in a gown and sagging diaper, but I'm sure it's more than 100. They don't seem too self conscious about it, I'm sure they'd be even less so if they knew I was wearing a megamax under my uniform pants

What is diverticulitis and how will this surgery help? I'm assuming that since you're on this site it has something to do with bowel incontinence

I don't need diapers but I like them and the convenience they offer. At first I was convinced that anyone who glanced at me could tell I was wearing one. Then I realized unless the person knows what to look for, there is almost no chance of them being able to tell. Even the crinkle sound is not as loud as you perceive it. Even other AB/DLs don't always know if you are or are not wearing. So it seems a non decision that I'm glad you reached successfully to keep from having wet and messy pants, because those are quite obvious.

I would go with megamax. That's all I wear. Seems like fit and finish, as well as quality control is the best I've tried and I've been wearing and using diapers since the late 90's. They're a little pricey but I can typically make one go longer than 12 hours unless alcohol is involved. They're also just thin enough to be discreet under slightly roomy clothing. I did however wear them under some skinny jeans at a bar during pride one year. Ended up leaking and I changed into a fresh diaper in the back of the car. Jeans dried in about a half hour after that

The topic of print is true, however when you have a diaper that has a print similar to a baby diaper, that is also so thick, wide , and crinkly that is is intentionally designed to emulate a baby diaper then I can see their point. If your goal is a pleasant design that is very absorbent, discreet, but also pleasing in its fit and appearance, then I'd say you are right that it is not necessarily abdl but only a high quality undergarment that looks nice too. I think rearz and especially northshore are the only ones who offer something like that. Abena s/m/l 4 could also be considered if they make some changes to quality. Any other diapers I left out that fit the latter description I'd love to hear about. Just wanted to add, if they ever come out with Rick and Morty adult diapers or Family Guy I'm going to buy them for sure.

My spouse does not like my diapers but I'm not dependent so I save them for when he's not around. I have several padded friends that I'm allowed to play with and while two people wearing a diaper restricts penetration, the touching and groping of two people in thick diapers is very sensual and often ends in climax for one or both of us anyway.

So you wear 24/7 initially for bowel control and you're concerned with the girl you're dating finding out you now need diapers for wetting? If she knows about your diapers already, I don't think it should be a problem.

I think having a partner in this to encourage you and your compulsion to wear and need diapers is something that could make all the difference. Whether it's a kindred spirit, or someone who just loves you for who you are, acceptance I think is the biggest part of answering why.

Keep extra diapers and supplies with or near you when out and about. I'm not even incontinent and I always keep supplies in my work gear

They said due to the rising number of elderly, and the rising awareness of kink culture, not to mention the internet, diapers are not looked at as such a strange thing. However I do believe they base this on familiarity rather than isolated areas and personal experiences. Just because there's more people aware, doesn't mean it's not still humiliating. I used to think being discovered by family or friends was a life ending scenario. Now I think it would be an excuse to have to go 24/7. My husband always tells me to make sure all my stuff is put away when we're having guests over, just incase someone has to go in our bedroom. He said he'd throw me under the bus rather than let them think they were his diapers. I said then I'd just have to come out to your family as incontinent and they'd understand that I was always padded. He said hell no, I'd tell them you were a weirdo. Lol.

You're in the perfect position to make diapers a permanent part of your life. You're young, in school, and have already shown signs that they would improve your life. Don't feel like you're taking advantage of the system, I oversee the detention wing of a major hospital and for the most part, the inmates/patients are trying to get every free thing they can (especially drugs). These people will never contribute to society and we send them for 6 figure surgeries and continuous care all the time

Megamax is my go to for everything. Don't need a booster, and they're pretty slim when fresh. Also the tapes don't fail, and the plastic is relatively quiet compared to everything but abu simple ultra/peekabu which is nearly a clone.

I went no toilet last week and while I enjoyed my time padded, got my fill by the 3rd day and went back to undies for my hubby over the weekend. That fill lasted about 3 days and now I want back. Currently padded and not trying to hold it. Also, northshore is reporting a 10% increase in demand yearly and stated that the taboo linked to diapers is fading.

The megamax tapes mostly rip the plastic if they're colored. Plain white seems to be quieter and not as easy to tear. I'm also careful when removing the super sticky tapes. Pulling slowly from the corners
