  1. I pretty much agree with what Craisler said (see above) except that I like to attach the top tapes first. That gives me time to really work at getting a perfect fit around the legs with the lower tapes which I feel is the most important part of reducing leaks.
  2. I have 3 pair of Gary Activewear PUL pants which are great and definitely my favorites.
  3. I totally agree with what Craisler has said about side sleepers and disposable diapers
  4. 24/7 due to need, much better to wear thick diapers in public than wet pants!
  5. I almost always get a strong urge to wet
  6. Well I wouldn't call this epic but I did just get a large bag (52 count) of Assurance Male Guards for $1.98

Almost anytime I hear running water I'll get a sudden urge to pee.
  8. Clearly there's been an epic failure to communicate here so I'll not belabor my points any further. As for being "bullied", that was a joke right?
  9. How would you classify your level of incontinence given these three options?Minor: Have fairly good urinary control and can almost always either hold it or make it to a bathroom in time. Don't always have to wear protection but it may generally be a good Idea, especially at certain times of the day. Also may have infrequent bedwetting.Moderate: Have only fair urinary control. This would include minor leaks and significant drips and drizzles after urination. Also includes some urge incontinence and night wetting that may or may not be controllable (i.e. able to wake up before peeing) to some degree. Would generally have to wear some form of protection 24/7.Severe: Have very little to no control of urinary function. Must wear significant protection 24/7.FYI... I'm definitely in the "Moderate" category due to my BPH, I pretty much patterned that description around my situation.
  10. If you add a "male guard" pad or a baby diaper to a decent pull-up you will be surprised at the capacity.
  11. Delta 1: I know you think you know EVERYTHING about medical conditions but I think you should have stayed the extra 4-6
  12. I found a bag of Fit Rights in a local thrift shop and gave them a try, they were the worst diaper I've ever used.
  13. I find shaving makes clean up so much easier and noticeably reduces odor after clean up. I use a small Braun battery powered shaver and every day or two and it keeps everything nice and smooth.
  14. Just a bit of pertinent tech info here... The SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer)
  15. Nope never, i don't like to walk around with wet pants! Sorry, couldn't help that comment, I'm IC so it's really not an option.
  16. When I wear a pull-up (which isn't so often anymore due to more leakage and urges) I'll always add an Assurance (Walmart) brand "guard" pad to it.
  17. The three tape Depends aren't too bad, especially if you add an Assurance (Walmart brand) guard pad to them.
  18. Although I have to wear 24/7 for urine leaks and urges about once a week I like to take my diaper off and just "air out" for an hour or so.
  19. I've got a fairly small bladder and a full pee for me is about 325mL (about 11 fluid oz). which is about 3/4 of a pound.
  20. I'm sure quite a few of us have had a few embarrassing moments due to wearing diapers. I'll start with two incidents that have happened to me but let's hear a few that you have had to endure. The worst was when my Wife's best friend was over for morning coffee and I walked into the kitchen to get my coffee wearing just a thin sweat suit. I guess my morning diaper was pretty full and she remarked in a fun way that I had "quite a bulge down there". My wife and her friend giggled and I turned beet red, but especially when my Wife added, "Yeah, you better go change that soaked diaper".
  21. Hi Christine D: Unfortunately it's not one of the forums/sub forums as I'm not following
