They make gluten free bread, if you read the labels of any regular brad it has wheat flour in it but the gluten free flours I know of are rice , almond, there are a few more but I can't think of them at the moment But regular flour is gluten... Anyhow I think if you don't have any issues thats very cool, it Amy have to do with your stomach? but it becoming ore common that going gluten free is making better health. My wife is diabetic and she has cut out almost all gluten from her diet and she has dropped her A1C from 12 to 8, and it not because of sugar it the way gluten works in the body....

The wedge pillow can help, but not much, it will keep your head higher up so you won't get as much acid up into the throat , I was also told 15 yrs ago after,, I went to USC hospital for testing, that my valve is bad and lets the acid come back up into my throat, I forget all the medical terms , but they did a live Xray video, I still have it, anyhow I saw when I swallowed a drink and seconds later after each one some of it came back up. And the surgery for it was a major one, and it would make it harder for me to swallow afterwards, and since radiation had messed my throat , head, neck all up ,, I didn't need to have more issues, I was choking on food already due to the damage that the radiation caused.. I will say from experience, while your young,, at least cut down on gluten, at least breads, cakes , read labels, anything with wheat flour in it is gluten...I had to let my wife know that one of her favorite things a Candy Redlines,, has wheat in it I had no idea..I mean wheat in candy??

I tried everything, we even spent a Lot of money on an adjustable bed, and I had one of the same issues as another here, I felt like I was sliding down hill, and then back then I slept in my fitted PJ's and it cut off the circulation in my feet, See I had a plastic strong zipper cover on my mattress, and it was slick, so I slid down.... But before I quit gluten complete I never woke up without fire 🔥 on my chest..that was with the meds..

I took Prilosec for 40 yrs, and I was up to 40mg a day, I went to a gluten free diet and that took care of my acid reflux,,, I don't have teeth anywhere so my big issue is finding ways to make it chewed up already or soft foods. Gluten has a big thing to do with the acid. I read it messed up the first part of the intestine and after some time with no wheat, or any kind of gluten that will heal up.. My acid felt like a hot coal on my chest, till I made the change ,,

I use Prevail women's a lot for daytime, with a secure insert, and then I find the same brand in second hand in the LG and MED and use this to build up my nightly mix.. when I find a cheap deal on second hand baby diapers etc I will add them to the night mix.. But now still in my night mix..Soaked and needing to change..

I think thats funny but I wish my wife would do that..... I wear a pull-up to mine,, one time before I started to wear diapers to my Dr appointments I woke up from it with a towel between my legs?? so I must have relaxed A lot ,, lol..

When it happens it feels good, but its just the clean up, since I keep a cloth layer in my disposable so its better on my skin, etc

I don't plan to poop in my diaper too much clean up, But I have a lot of farting every morning, due to my nightly 4qt enema, some of the water? Maybe stays up deep in, well after a half dozen morning farts and they don't smell just air when coffee is moving down, but I had a very liquidity fart this morning in my diaper.

Back. yrs ago, when I started to have dribbling after I went to the restroom, I had a big spot on the front of my pants at a weekly meeting at work, and I was trying to keep my laptop etc in front of it till I got to my work truck, after that I had a pull-up on every day, I figured I would rather take a chance of the diaper ? I didn't want a spot on my pants. I had already wanted to wear 24/7,, way beforehand so it gave me an excuse to let my wife know I was going to wear all day also, I was wearing a diaper to bed before that, and that was when I was learning to pee laying down....But I think age, and when your body and mind are used to wearing? I think you relax more, My stream went down to a dribble yrs ago.. I had to sit down too pee in the toilet 🚽 many many yrs ago...due to a weak stream..

Same here, I live with chronic back pain, so I don't want to wear layers of cloth, I will use a combo of cloth with disposable, and by morning even that can make me waddle down the hall..

I'm reading all of these, and I have sitting, and standing, and while I wash the dishes, oh man I had better have room in my diaper, I will not make it to the bathroom with water running.

If I ever had the chance with someone I felt comfortable with and knew they were safe, no std's etc, and they didn't have smelly stuff to eat to make there urine bad smelly, it would be a fun thing to pee on each other..

for a few yrs now I have had it different, with my situation, I sleep inn my recliner, since I need the TV on, and my wife can't sleep with it o, we have tried, anyhow, I have a real leather old chair, so I just keep a baby blanket underneath me, and maybe once a week I replace it with another one. some nights I will soak it, but most nights it has a small wet spot that dries fast..

My daytime diaper is a Prevail purple woman max diaper with a secure brand insert, I love the fact that its purple also..Some days I pee a lot and the plastic ants I wear on top catch the excess ..

All good ideas, and another one I would say is to use them as a stuffer with long slits , just put a cheap one on the outside layer..

My mix, is I'm married for 30 yrs, and no sex for the last 15, just we gave up after our sex life left us, but I'm in my world with my sex play alone and she has her toys, I have issues in my head,,, I love to play with dildos in both ends at the same time, and love to listen to files while I play so I can get my head into it in a short time. I have a playroom, but its way off limit o anyone, my wife won't go in, I have a bed, and diaper stuff and that room have been a work in progress for several yrs. We have a shortage of space, and trying to et rid of stuff we don't need, but with second hand stores closing in our area, we have to driven spend $50 on gas to give stuff to other second hand, I try to find people near that need things, like I gave a recliner and some cabinets to a neighbor, to make some room. Little by little, But I am planning to put a locking door set on my playroom, just in case we need a dog sitter..

The bad thing here is we get very little rain, and for the past few yrs its been in the 90's in the mountains, makes another reason to move out of this state.. I wouldn't mind some rain days,, just can't breath when its over 30-40% humidity, with loss of lung capacity..

I know the Rite Aid drug stores are closing, due to bankruptcy, we lose our in a few weeks, and I also heard the Wallgreens are one of the next to go under, they are having money issues, we are in a small town, thats half of our drug stores going down... We have to use mail order for some of our drugs, and drive 45 min one way to Costco for my pain meds.

When I was 10 yrs old we went to live with my dad, step mom, on a very old 1800's farm, we had a well and if we did our laundry with the automatic washer, it ran the well dry, it was about 10 ft deep, so we used an old Maytag tub washer with the ringers, and we washed all of the Family clothes in One tub of water, it looked like mud, then re filled to rinse, there were 7 kids and then parents . I had a job of getting my dad up at 5am, and I had to go to the basement and start the pump and prime it to get water in the tank, just to make coffee, and at that age that basement was a scary place, but I remembered the way the house was built, they had skinned the trees and put them across the cement walls of the basement to make the floor they were still round. It had a coal furnace that my dad had converted to kerosine and when it got below zero out the line froze up, so he used a propane torch to thaw it out, and that heater only kept the house at about 40-50 degrees, still had ice on the windows. That's where my 2 brothers had the king bed that was pee soaked, 24/7 pee soaked through the box spring and to the floor. There was a corn field close to us, and there were times we didn't have toilet paper or food for that matter. I can remember using corn cobs to wipe my ass, they don't work well at all, but better than leaves... We had a large garden that us kids had to work as part of our chores, as to using a dual blade axe to cook fire wood, timber trees to let them dry out we had a large fireplace, it was hand built with rocks and even had a piece of petrified wood in it.. the house had no insulation. Oh it had a bathroom but we couldn't use the toilet very much because the septic tank was stopped up soo much so you go out and just do what you need to do... Its too bad because that house really could have been soo nice in later yrs, but living with a complete house of the adult all drunks it was kinda hell in a lot of ways..
