I haven't been able to wear diapers much recently but have finally indulged today. Unfortunately I could only wee a little bit and being a bit short of time thought of the idea of tipping warm water into my nappy. I am wearing a Tena Slip Maixiwhich holds 2100ml of liquid so in one way great but in another way not so good as I like to feel soaked. Anyway I wet a bit then took it off and tipped 500ml bottle of warm water into it and put it back on! OMFG it feels bloody great and I can still wet it if I want and it should hold enough. Don't know why on earth I haven't though of this before

I just like wearing them, and I think if my boyfriend wore them too I wouldn't find it a turn on at all, strange!

I am pretty sure I suffer from BIID, when I wear and use diapers I like to feel like I am disabled, that to me is more natural than pretending to be a baby which does nothing for me at all..I am pretty much obsessed with wheelchairs and diapers. To me it feels like how I want to live my life. I suppose it boils down to the same thing, being cared for and looked after. A couple of years ago I had GBS which left me paralysed from the chest down and incontinent. I had to use a wheelchair and diapers then and it was brilliant. However my boyfriend isn't really the caring type and basically made me feel unloved and a burden to him. I felt so confused, happy in one respect but completely let down at the same time. In time I recovered but it's been very difficult to leave that part of me behind, as in some ways I crave to be in a wheelchair again but I know it's not normal to feel like that so I strive to have a normal life and just keep that part of me secret. Only 1 person knows how I feel and he totally understands, and he has feelings like that too. Such a shame he is gay!

New here, just found this place, been a DL for a number of years now. Not into AB stuff at all but do like pretending to be mentally and/or physically disabled as they also wear nappies/diapers. Sorry if that offends anyone. I don't do it out in public, just at home every now and again when nobody is here.

I love the feeling of it coming out and then pressing into the back of the nappy then squishing about, it's the best feeling ever. I then like to walk about in it for a while and maybe squat down and get up again to feel it moving up and down against my butt. I then sit in it for a while and maybe lay down just enjoying the feeling of squidging it between my bum cheeks. I've pooed my nappy

I have changed loads of poopy diapers, I used to work with adults with learning disabilities and they were mostly all incontinent. Once you have changed a 45 year old man's poopy nappy you can cope with anything! I've never had anyone change my nappy ever

2 years ago I was admitted to hospital with back pain and incontinence, they suspected Cauda Equina Syndrome and I was going to have an operation on my back, then I became partially paralysed and started retaining urine so was catheterised which was much better. I was then diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome and was transferred to a specialist neurological unit where I stayed for 3 weeks. They removed the catheter and I was encouraged to gain bladder control. After numerous accidents I was given incontinence pads (Tena) and just left to get on with it, pretty bad really. I was in a wheelchair for over a year and have only just started walking properly very recently. I now have some control but suffer from stress incontinence so wear just normal tena pads that you can buy in the supermarket. I am a DL too. but save those moments for when I am alone.

A few of them were really autistic and would just wander about making funny noises and peeing and pooping in the diapers. It made me jealous that they could do that and someone would always clean them up afterwards. 3 of them had to wear special helmets like that, it was great. One of them had a spare that I used to fantasise about taking home and wearing, that would have been amazing! I like pretending to be like this and although being with them wasn't a turn on, I get really turned on while doing the same as them. I'd love to act like retard and have a carer look after me and change me, get me dressed, feed me, push me round in a wheelchair etc.

I only wear diapers for fun, and during the day when there is nobody here I indulge myself quite a lot. I save my poop for when I have a diaper on, but sometimes when it isn't convenient and I go on the toilet I feel like I've wasted a nice poo, especially if it's quite a nice solid one!

I pooped myself once while waiting at the checkout at Sainsbury's, it was awesome!

I poop nearly every time now, as soon as I put a diaper on I want to poop in it even if I didn't want to before!
