The biggest difference is that Tena still has a plastic backed range (Active Fit) in Europe. Those are my go-to daytime diaper. I think the cloth backed ones are about the same here as they are there.

My nighttime solution is BetterDry/Crinklz with a cloth overpant and plastic pants. I very rarely have a leak, but If I do, the overpants catch it and the plastic pants hold it in. I don't use boosters - I find that they increase the incidence of leaks.

I am 24/7 and typically go through 5 diapers per day (1 Tena Plus, 2 Tena Maxi, 1 Tena Ultima and 1 BetterDry). I buy by the case and it ends up costing about £2.80 ($3.50) a day. Insurance covers the cost, except for the shipping, so about £5 a month.

My wife and I are big fans already. They have done a great job updating the look, while still maintaining the feel of the original series' timeline. The stories are fun too - not overly serious. We also like the inclusion of some original series characters and allusions to others.

I use both, as does my wife. There is almost no rhyme or reason - just whatever pops into our heads at the time.

Something sounds very creepy about this - imagine this accident scenario: Witness1: Oh my gosh, that woman fell off her bike, she may have broken her wrist. Witness2: Let's take off her pants and take pictures of her underwear.

I have always done top first (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right). Bottom first feels strange to me, but doesnt seem to make a difference as far as the fit goes.

All seafood for me. Can't stand the smell, texture or taste. Most offal is also off the menu. I don't mind sweetbreads (if cooked properly), but just about any other organ is out. I have a funny book, written by Richard Wilson (I Don't Believe It). One section is dedicated to the Great British Christmas Lunch. His description of cooking brussels sprouts is to "Start boiling them two weeks before Christmas". That pretty much describes the sprouts on every Christmas table in England.

In Juy 2019, I went to see KISS. That was the first time I went to a concert diapered. I had a couple of beers, wary that my Tena Ultima might not be able to handle too many. It was so nice not having to rush to the bathrooms during the show. Best concert ever. At 49, I was one of the younger people in attendance and probably not the only one in a diaper.

The "Diaper Fresh" scent is the closest to the old Pampers smell. It's not a perfect match, but pretty good. Be careful using it around sensitive skin - it can burn!

I have bought Mommies Scents a few times. The smell is very similar to the old Pampers scent, but not exactly. The stuff also burns if you get it on sensitive skin, so be careful not to put it too far towards the front of your diaper.

I was a classic console junkie for many years. At the peak, my collection had: Several Atari 2600s, Intellivision, Colecovision, Adam, Fairchild Channel F, NES, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis w/32x & Sega CD. My game collection was well over 200 carts/CDs. I sold them all in 2005 - I was about to move to Germany and needed to lighten the load a bit. I still have an Atari Flashbck 3, Colecovision Flashback, Wii and XBox 360, but those gather dust in the attic.

I also have dumping syndrome. I used to have a lot of near accidents when an attack would hit and I wasn't very close to a bathroom. Now that I wear 24/7 for my bladder, I don't worry about that so much anymore. I don't enjoy the cleanup, but I'm grateful to be diapered when it does happen.

My favorites are BetterDry for overnight and Tena Slip Active Fit Maxi for daytime.

My first proper adult diaper was Surety's in 1989. I'm sure the brand is long gone now.

My go to diapers are Tena Slip Active Fit during the day and BetterDry/Crinklz overnight. I also love trying different diapers and usually indulge in one or two a week. This week was Cuddlz Drydayz White and an ABU Lavender that I found in the back of my diaper cabinet.

My nighttime protection is a BetterDry diaper, terry cloth overpants and plastic pants over it all. BetterDry almost never leak for me, but the cloth pants will catch any small leak and the plastic pants keep everything contained. I use progressively larger layers (medium diaper, large pants, XL plastic pants). I used underpads for a few years, but got tired of them shifting around while I sleep.

I get that sometimes too. If I am off work for a couple of days, my wife will mention that there was none of my underwear in the laundry. I only wear underwear on workdays to help conceal my diaper. I find disposable diapers are more comfortable with nothing on over them.

I have been twice. I was in nappies for both of them. The course itself is pretty good - full of things we should already know, but forget once we are behind the wheel. Most people have a good story about how they ended up in the course and can accept responsibility. My first time through, we had a guy who refused to admit he was wrong and spent the whole class whinging about how the cops were out to get him. He was somewhere in his 60's and was dressed like Roy Orbison - we thought it was a wind up. My story was that I got caught by a speed camera on my way to take my theory test...

I wear Tena Slip Active Fit during the day and BetterDry or Crinklz at night. I have a few beers on Saturday evenings, so I put on Tykables Cammies or something with an extra high capacity. I have lots of other diapers in my stash and wear those occasionally - Abena M4 is one of my favorite alterantives.
