I picture myself on a sliding scale. While i am an Adult with adult worries, i am also a baby with none. so as Adult me gets stressed i apply more baby, and reract as needed. i like to drive with my soother, i wear diapers nearly 24/7 now a days. but i never let it interfere with my work or BECOME a worry. if it became a worry i would sink into it deeper and deeper until i exploded.

My only real advise is to find out who you are. Once you know that AB/DL is part of you 100%, then be open about it. you do not need to advertise, but hiding and suppressing are dangerous to your health and mental well being.
