Well you say that your age is 23, if that is correct then why would you be talking to your parents about why you were at the doctors, after allwhat is in your medical file will be for you and any doctors that you see. So i dont see what your problems are with your parents finding out,if you do want to tell them why not just say that yo are wetting yourself,and that you need to wear some sort of protection,are they honestly going to want you to go in to detail.

You could go to your own doctor who would no doubt do some test to rule out things like UTI,and i would say that when that came back clear then he would send you a hospital for more tests about your problem. But a you said yourself plenty of people who are icontinent have been for all the tests that they can do,and still they cant find anything that iscausing it,but why do you need to go through all of that just to tell people that youwet yourself and need to wear diapers. Just come out to those who are close to you and tell them that you have a urinary problem,and that you need to wear a diaper 24/7,if they all love you the way you say they do then they will accept hat you have a medical problem,and that you need to wr protection all the time. That way you do not need to hide your diapers when you go visiting,or when you have visitors and you will also not need to keep your diaper changes secret,afr all there are people of all ages who are in need of diapers 24/7 so dont worry about it and enjoy your diapers.

As long as both people are concenting and no one is beng hurt,then i dont see it as beeing in anyway dangerous,but as was said in another post as long as there was a safe word so that when someone wanted it to stop then it did. it is a sad fact but some doctors just put this sort of thing down as a i cant be bothered to see what is causing it,i had a doctor who told me that it was something that i would just have to put up with. But when i moved and registered with another doctor,he did all the tests that he could,and then sent me to the hospital for more deeper investgations,and it was there that they found out that it was caused by nerve damage due to diabetis. So i know just how you feel with your doctor and his attitude,hope things get better for you.

I guess that it is the old think,someone else is ceaning it,and they just dont have any concideration for the cleaners,but i wonder what they would say f it was them who were left to clean them. For all th time that it would take to put the stool from the diaper down the toilet,it is not as if that would be a hard job to do.

It seems that there a lot of people who are incontinent,and have IBS as well is there any conecion with the conditions,or is it just coincidence. Fori have seen a lot of people that have both,i was just wondering if one brings on the other,i know that IBS can effect people very badly.

If someone is going to lay down there life for there country,and in the the name of freedom,dose it realy matter if they are gay or not. Would anyone be bothered if the person who is fighting for there country be bothered,for me no it woulg not bother me one bit.

The first time i did it was realy great i never knew that something so naughty could be so good,but maybe i just enjoy having a dirty bottom. I have only done it in doors and i have never done it when i was out anywere,but i think that there are plenty on here who have done that,it might be naughty but nice.

Itis no fun when you do get diaper rash,and it is painfull the best thing is to put on plenty of diaper cream when you change,and dont sit in a wet or messy diaper for to long,just change as soon as you can. And if you are in a diaper 24/7,and you get a rash it will not help if you are putting more urine on it,try and go without a diaper for a few ours if you can.

Best thing to do,is to wear the diaper and just learn from any mistakes that come accross when you are wearing them. This is the one thing where there are no hard and fast rules,just aslong as you enjoy being in your diaoer when you wear it,or even when you use it.
