Well the way it works for me as far as sex and "Incon" i use a 14 french catheter threaded up my urethra( you can use a larger cath but the quicker the urine comes out is kinda related to how bad the bladder is gonna spasm on you, and lets face it we want to be comfortable before we make love, not have to say "ah Honey give me about an hour for the bladder spasms to stop") and i massage my bladder to try and get every last drop out, and then remove the cath and head for the bedroom. anybody who caths and uses an 18 or one of those jumbo frenchs if you leave me your name and address in my pm i will send you a 14 french to try and i am sure you will like it better before sex than a 16 or 18 french. Just remember when the beds a rockin if you do a little leaking of Urine its ok because urine is sterile when it comes out of your penis so there is no worries there, and i have Incon as well as ED and use a VED and i was sceptical when i got it (insurance companies and medicare do not cover any of the Erectile stim Meds as of January 2008 because medicaly castrated sickos would use the drugs for perverse things so nobody gets them covered by insurance you can get a script and pay out of pocket or can get a free to you VED and despite my sceptical mind that damn thing really works its wild . Well i'll tell ya maybe we should do something to clear this up ,I am a chronic Pain Patient and when you are one you have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are truly living in misery before they break out the narcotics which are the last line of defense on the pain pyramid (think of the food pyramid but its Medications and combinations of medications that you must use and not get relief from pain with) and then finally you become a Pain Patient instead of a "drug Seeker", so why dont we classify all these "incon" wannabes "DSincon" (diaper seeking incontinence) as i have said before i have no problem with people who want to play with diapers who get aroused by them or who want to wear them for whatever reason they SAP paper glue a little plastic and some velcro no big deal, what i do have a problem is the boneheads that want to Damage their bodies to become "Incon" or try and get a diagnosis of "Incon" so that 1. they never have to admit to family and friends that they like diapers, and the 2nd reason is the greedy boneheads that work to get the diagnosis so their Insurance will pay for their diaper habit that they created, makes my skin crawl . wouldnt it be grand if they would put a garbage can in the Handicapped stall,especially in stores that do not have "Family Bathrooms", and hunting and a wet diaper like they wont smell you coming, man that sucks all the deer pee scent in the world wont cover that so you have to out fox those suckers. i'm in a wheelchair so when my diaper's leak i have to change them my pants and wash my cushion cover and the cushion so i dont wheel around stinkin. I have decreased the number of diapers in the trash by going to cloth, i highly recomend this to anyone who is "incon" in the begining the financial outlay is big but everytime you wash and wear you are getting money back and some people have gotten a decade out of there cloth diapers and then they became rags to clean the car, they last a long time. well i have a Hospital bed and access to narcotics and just about all the psych drugs he could want to experience, just need to stop by the E.D. and pick up some Poseys then he can have a 7 day fantasy diaper trip and only remember getting here and leaving because in todays Behavioral health units violent/disruptive/combative patients are dealt with chemical restraints rather than alot of physical, usually the physical is only for long enough to gain chemical restraint/sedation/Anti Psychotics on board. If you seek to get the "label" of incontinent" via lack of /poor/ insufficient Mental Ability you will definately get a label from the State Office of Mental Health that runs the Adult Psychiatric Hospital in your State, because an inability or unwillingness to complete ADL's (activities of daily living) in most States and commonwealths will result in an involuntary commitment of 90 days for evaluation(for your safety) and if you play the I'm a dim bulb in the socket routine you will end up either in a locked diminished capacity ward at the State Nursing home for the rest of your life, or you admit this was all a game to get that label and you end up never getting it and having to see a therapist and psychiatrist and take meds until they think you are no longer unstable. And no i'm not an expert i'm just Incontinent and have experience working in the Mental health field. Peace

i think the part we all get stuck at is these people do not just "Man Up" and put on a diaper and use it , they play silly little games of trying t get the "label" to Justify them doing so, Much like a drug addict first starts as a prescribed medication user and then gets out off control and gets "labled" it was harmless in the begining but the ending not so much. now do remember that the company knows about your disability and they can swap your data to the goverment for tax breaks and subsidies for employing a person with a disability, so it may be a done issue for you but those sneaky little number crunchers are trying to wring every dollar and cent out of you needing to wear that they can from goverment programs. In my Job i dont get drug tested as a matter of fact they pay me to stay home eat my Narcotics and benzo's and not bother anybody and if they did a blood test with all the drugs i take they would get the results and move me to New Jersey right away LOL. thought i would drop a little humor in there its a terrible thing to watch your life vanish and become a person who is just taking up air that others could put to better use!

well you all can see i'm incon the real deal and in a wheelchair, and have a brother who is "becoming" my sister, But we dont have any kind of relationship even though s/he and i are the only family we have left on earth because he cant accept my disability he thinks being in a whelchair and diapers means i'm retarded and an embarrassment for him to be seen with me. and the joke of it is i have more degrees and more training then he ever will have even though he is my older s/he sibling.

i am Incon i have no choice in wearing a diaper or not but my Question to AB/DL peeps is why do you struggle with wearing in secret and hiding your diaper wear No one knows the diffrence between me who is broken and you who just enjoys wearing diapers( I am Over generalizing here a little because i'm in a wheelchair so people EXPECT me to be broken and need Diapers, I guarantee you if i went to wal mart to buy fifteen cases of diapers 15 perfect strangers would not think twice about grabbing a case and taking it to my car) but really honestly people are so wrapped up in there own issues if they even realized you wore a diaper the thought would eiter last 5 seconds and be gone ore they would have an awakening of jealousy because they themselves have a AB or DL side to themselves and think what a lucky person you are.
