Alright. So as a quick update, today, I managed to push a load into my diaper. So I think I am capable of doing that. The thing is that I want to go automatically. No pushing. How do I do that? Also I want to get to the point where if I need to pee or poop, I have no time or control to hold it. This is what I want. If I end up soiling while talking to a cute waitress, then so be it.

Thank you for the help. If you don't mind me asking. Do you use your diaper for both functions and if so, would you mind telling me how to mess a diaper? It's kinda embarrassing for me to ask, but I have been peeing in them alright, but not the other.

Hello, Forum. I am someone who has been here before, but I have distanced myself away from this. Now the more I look at it, the more I desire 24/7 incontinence with both my bladder and bowels. My question exactly is how do you do it? I am aware of the 12 step program, but I would like input from you guys. Well as you could guess from my former thread, I wanted to try pooping in diapers. Well last night, I did just that. I was at the computer after buying my forst pack and I felt the urge. Needless to say, I pooped in them and sat in it. No details needed, but needless to say, it was successful. I thank you for your help. I enjoyed it and my gf will be pleased.
