Prisoners of The Robo Nannies (Commercial Illustrated Story)
ausdpr replied to ausdpr's topic in Links and Announcements
Hi all, it appears that Lulu's sale period is finished, thanks to those who purchased a comic or book. -
The theme sounds fun, but I unfortunately can't think of any like that aside from committed, which was mentioned. One which might be vaguely the same is Laura & Holly by Princess Pottypants, though it's not until a twist at the end that it really becomes apparent...

The "Oh, Come On!" Factor in Writing Stories
ausdpr replied to Dr_J's topic in Critiques and Writer's Discussion
I have found that there's been a few stories over the years with a fantastic build up, spanning many chapters and days in story time, which then just suddenly rapidly switch to a full diapered lifestyle in the space of about 20 minutes in the character's time, with all the subtlety suddenly gone and all of the protagonist's mental maturity suddenly removed in one complete swoop, which does tend to really hurt the story imo, from a believability angle. -
If you wanted it then you should have put a flag on it.

By being the first poster in this group, I hereby claim it as my own.

I think that we should have two in fact.

Hi all, I've just released a lengthy new illustrated & colored novel with heavy ABDL domination themes, which has been in the works for a few months now. It was originally inspired by the old 'Lost In Space' fan story by Hal, though morphed into something quite different in the end. It contains the usual crazy themes for my kind of stories, check out my blog to see what that contains if you're unsure.

Oh I actually did read a bit of that the other day, funnily enough, but at the time thought that the hypnosis was a bit sudden. I might give it another attempt sometime.

I'm intrigued by the description, hopefully somebody can dig it up.

Any Ageplay stories with minimal or no diapers in them?
ausdpr replied to ausdpr's topic in Critiques and Writer's Discussion
Yeah I've generally enjoyed the magic box, though I don't know if it would fit the slightly romantic bill that she seems to prefer for the most part, and has the same apparent meanness that Daring Diane's does (though for me, they're two of my favourite authors). -

Yeah I tried Daring Diane stories actually, though she felt that they came off as just too mean. I think that she likes the punishment angle and maybe a bit of forced, but by a genuine caring dom, e.g. as in Pets: Bach's Story. -
Oops, since the initial post that led to my question and then the run on discussion seems to have been removed, the link to the site with the full story is here (check the sections on the right), for anybody wondering. Though the web archive forum version seems to have the first few chapters with better formatting.

Tbh I'm still not sure what events led to people leaving. As for the chat room, I seem to recall reading somewhere on here recently that the chat room is managed by an entirely different group/admin, and when I went in there it seemed that those there weren't forum posters (about half had zero forum posts). Anyway, seems best to just stick to the story section if other sections are no good, always seems to be friendly here unless somebody's writing really needs improvement.

What happened regarding DD? :S The author of The Panda's Ashes left too, but I somehow missed whatever happened, despite procrastinating wildly on this site lately...

While I haven't read it, you can find a versioned copy of it up to September on the waybackmachine, though there's unfortunately a few pages missing, and it looks like the archive was taken while the author was still publishing: http://web.archive.org/web/20130827231551/http://www.dailydiapers.com/board/index.php?showtopic=37246

Your pet peeves for story writing

Does anybody else find that they can fly along just fine until about halfway through writing a story? I have a collection of half-done stories now, all of which were going just fine until about halfway, where writer's block seems to set in and nothing written seems right after that. -
Chapter 1 of this should be released in January apparently (which is... tomorrow, here), so it might be worth keeping an eye out for.

Oops, I fixed the Sissykiss links, thanks for pointing that out.

Taking a list I made from elsewhere, here's a random unordered partial checklist of forced'ish abdl stories which I endorse:

I saw this making-of video regarding an upcoming game involving a dominant spaceship AI, which seems to somewhat baby a young adult in a nursery'ish setting, which I thought might prove a fun plot for people with certain... interests... >_> (The robot is I think played by the always fantastic Jennifer Hale too)
