  1. It appears that their website is finally up and running.
  2. Not sure about finding ones with teddy bears on them, but the one I got from baby-pants is awesome. Sooooo warm & comfy
  3. Looks like they posted on their homepage the introduction of Absorbancy Plus Level 4. Shows the stack being thicker than dry 24/7 and Abena X-plus...he also gives the absorbancy 5 1/2 drops which is more than I've seen them give any diaper...the absorbancy plus they posted recently only had 3 drops....now that being said, no mention of leak guards is made, which may be a downfall...either way, it's definitely tempting now...
  4. Unfortunately, I've never really full on wet the bed, although I'd like to. I've had a few instances where I was semi-conscious and wet, but that's been it. As far as dreams are concerned, I used to have diaper dreams a lot when I was younger (early - mid teens), which would result in a 'wet dream'. Anymore, I usually only have diaper dreams when I haven't worn in awhile. If I wear often, which I usually do, I don't dream about them. When I do have the occasional diaper dream, it usually consists of me finding myself in just a shirt and diaper and me desperately trying to find something to cover up with so the others in the dream don't notice.
  5. I live around the capital city, Jefferson City. Anyone else around the area?
  6. So essentially, by visiting the restroom more times than you should could lead to your bladder capacity to shrink....guess that kinda follows the rules of the 12 month plan in just going whenever you have the slightest urge...curious as to how long one would have to keep running to the restroom every 1 1/2 hours before any results are noticeable....
  7. Hot in the summer, frigid in the winter...location depends on your tastes. If you're a big city person, then St. Louis is for you. I myself live in the quiet country of central Missouri.
  8. With my pack, the tapes didn't pop off....they'd stay attached....it was the plastic wing they were attached to that would tear off while I slept....could've been that certain pack I had...I'm sure I'll give 'em another try in the future...got a bag of Molicares coming tomorrow (trying other brands while dry 24/7s are out of stock).
  9. I recently bought a few bags from XP Medical....out of 24 diapers, I had one pinhole leak, but it wasn't an awful one. The problem I had was the tapes. The white "refastenable" tapes on top of the blue tabs always made contact with the diapers plastic, so if you tried to readjust the fitting, you ripped the plastic in doing so. I also had a few instances where the tapes would stay on overnight, but the plastic holding them would rip (could've had it too tight, but I haven't had that issue before). Aside from those issues, they do hold a generous amount which is always a plus....patiently waiting for June to come around so Dry 24/7s are back in stock
  10. Already posted a review on the ararchive, but I'll repost here as well. Loving it so far! Great stuff!
  11. well I bit the bullet and ordered both an 18 pack of Dry 24/7's & a 10 pack of the SDK from ABU (only ones not out of stock lol). The SDK's haven't arrived yet, but the Dry 24/7's arrived yesterday. All I can say is WOW lol......after using Depend Maximum protection exclusively before this, I must say that I was missing out! It was SO thick compared to Depends. Awesome diaper!
  12. I've always been more of a forum reader rather than poster, but I was wanting other people's opinions/experiences on this matter. I still live at home, so I've always resorted to buying Depend Maximum Protection (deprived I know lol) from the local Walgreens. I never really could guarantee that an online package would arrive and I would get it before someone else.....never really wanted to chance it. However, the week of August 22nd, I'm taking a week of vacation from work. I know for a fact that i'll be the only one home that Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday.....so I've been building up the nerve to order some QUALITY diapers online for once. Initially I had my mind made up on getting Dry 24/7's from XP Medical simply because I had heard they were so thick and I wanted something different when compared to Depends......however, I've been hearing bad reviews lately about them from XP Medical, so I looked elsewhere. The other two diapers I was looking at was SDK's from ABU & the Teddy Bambino's. The ABU's look more appealing right now simply because they show that it will ship in 4 days to my location and I'm stressed on making sure it arrives when only I'm here. What I'm wanting is everyone else's opinions on what's good and what's not. Anyone else know how long it takes for Bambino or XP Medical to ship to the midwest? Any input is greatly appreciated.
  13. I actually went out and bought the sugar free smooth texture Metamucil mix......was going to try out the fiber loading technique. However, I looked on the back label and it said "In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away." Now this was in the same general area that mentioned to keep out of reach of children. I'm curious if the overdose was meant in case a child gets a hold of it........or is it meant for everyone???
  14. Amazing there are 3 of us that have replied that are from Jeff City alone.....definitely lets you know you're not the only one like this in your own town lol.
  15. When I was growing up, I was in a major rush to get older. It was what I wanted the most. Couldn't wait to get old enough to drive, stay up as late as I want, etc. It was all that perception you have as a kid that "when I get older, I can do whatever I want" & "I don't have to listen to my parent's rules anymore". Now that I'm an adult and look back.......really makes me wish I could go back and do it all over again.....in that I could really take my time to enjoy my childhood and enjoy being a kid....rather than wishing to be older.
  16. I've only tried one brand of cloth-covered adult diapers (and I'm not counting the refastenable Depends.....that's not a diaper! lol). That was the Assurance brand that can be found at Wal-mart......and the only reason I got them was because they had been plastic backed and switched to cloth between buyings. I had bought them because they worked great for store-brand diapers and were cheaper than Depends....however the changing to cloth-back didn't help the product......never have been a big fan of cloth-backed....but to each his own I guess.
  17. ugh I'm jealous. With me still living at home, I can't risk buying quality diapers online....that's definitely one of the things I'm going to have to do once I do move out....instead for now, I'm settling for the not so dependable 'depends'.
  18. I've had this happen to me quite often in the past. I would go through phases where I'd wear diapers every night..........then for a period of 2 weeks or so I wouldn't. After a couple nights without diapers, I'd start having dreams about wearing them. Whenever I'm actually wearing diapers, I don't dream about them.........but if I go awhile without them....that's ALL I dream about.
  19. I'm hoping that once I get my full blown college degree, I'll be able to finally move out and be able to order some good quality diapers online......but until that happens, I'm stuck with whatever's available in the stores around here (Walmart, Walgreens, etc.) What I was wondering was if there was a product available in stores that you all consider to be better than Depend's Maximum protection? The only brand I tried besides that was Assurance's maximum brief.......and was very surprised at how good it was.....then of course they switched to cloth backed and basically ruined the product. Any suggestions?
  20. I currently have a 36' waist......hoping to be 34' soon, and my main gripe with underjams are the stretchable sides. It doesn't take long for the sides to slowy stretch out and basically disintegrate. Also, they don't tend to go up as high in the rear as goodnites. Everything else about them beats Goodnites. So if they could make them a little longer along with better sides like Goodnites, then they'd be a great product.
  21. Hi all, I'm Justin. I've checked out this site for around a year or so and finally decided to join. For as long as I can remember, I've always had this interest in diapers and being babied. Considering no one knows about my interests, I'm currently sticking to the diapers Hope to meet all of you here. Cheers Justin
