    Sounds like you had food poisoning. Basically your body finds something wrong with what you ate and is like "WE'RE GETTING RID OF THIS RIGHT NOW." It's happened to me a few times. I've never had nausea

    Tight fitting underwear helps reduce the sound substantially.

    Any of the Rearz nighttime ones or the inspire+ would work fine. They're pretty bulky and thick. Wonderful diapers <3

    Leaks are mostly something that only happens with wetting. Messes usually never leak out unless you've made it near-water by using an enema or something. As for how long to stay messy - that depends on you and your messes. If you're wanting to wear a messy diaper longer, be aware that softer messes will attack the skin much faster than firmer ones. You'll know when it's time to take it off because your skin will start to have a pronounced tingly sensation with an underlying burning feeling.

    I absolutely adore my Rearz Princess-Pinks, but I also have a package of original (not the new updated ones) Inspire diapers. The plastic on them is rough and kinda garbage-bag like and isn't smooth. Well I mean it's technically smooth, but it has a rough feeling to it. Compared to cheaper stuff, they're still very nice - but for the money it was a bit of a letdown. The plastic on the Princess-Pinks is substantially softer.

    Doing normal every-day activities is what makes a messy diaper feel more fun. It's like adding a spice of naughtiness to your day.

    Feeling the diaper tent out and bulge and then the warmth and very naughty smell that follow after. <3

    I mess about once or twice a week and wear for 2-3 hours afterwards. I don't ever get rashes and I don't do anything to reduce the smell either. But I also have firmer messes which is probably why I never get rashes as that seems heavily linked to the likelihood of skin irritation.

    I haven't recently, but yes I do enjoy going in my panties quite a bit. I prefer diapers though.
