  1. Has she ever worn a diaper (as an adult!) herself?
  2. There's probably one for people with disabilities in general, which incontinence qualifies as (though if it's self-inflicted incontinence, it raises certain ethical questions).
  3. Apologies, it was a tongue-in-cheek remark (at least on my part, anyway) in reference to the fact that women have to wear absorbent products for a large part of their lives. Nobody's seriously suggesting it as a real world course of action.
  4. I think most women keep having periods up to around age 50, so that's another decade to add on... and after that (if not before), there's a high likelihood of incontinence and a return to diapers. So yeah... why are women even potty-trained?
  5. Yeah, given that fact it's perhaps a bit surprising that more women don't accept wearing nappies!
  6. I don't wear nappies 24/7 but have been concerned about this issue since the general waste collection moved to three-weekly, as that can be a lot of nappies depending on my frequency of wearing (sometimes it's mainly at night, other times I have a binge of wearing nearly all the time, when I'm not at work or working from home). I can generally fit three weeks' worth of nappies in my regular bin but have concerns about it being too heavy. They don't appear to offer a separate nappy/incontinence product collection service, though even if they did there would be the discretion factor as described by the original poster! Of course, your local tip/recycling centre will take excess general household waste. I've disposed of the odd sack of nappies there when I'm worried about my bin getting too full/heavy!
  7. I suspect quite a lot of people who haven't actually considered the idea would find the act of wetting a nappy as an adult surprisingly pleasurable, if they happened to experience it.
  8. Yeah, it is an interesting parallel... maybe in a way it makes women less uncomfortable about wearing bladder protection than men, but even so, they mostly seem averse to the idea of wearing a "diaper"/"nappy"...
  9. You mean it broke your bladder? Or you just found it more convenient afterwards?
  10. Wouldn't want to be incontinent long-term, but wish there was a way to safely experience it for a day or so!
  11. People are obviously realising it's a sensible choice in a lot of situations!
  12. The fashion industry clearly knows a lot of women are in nappies
  13. If the nappy is fitted right, there shouldn't be an "inch or two drop" when you wet it. It shouldn't be excessively tight, as it needs some room to absorb, but you should have that nice running water feeling around your intimate area as you let it flow!
  14. As long as you've got mattress protection, which most nappy wearers will have, just answer nature's call in your warm comfortable bed, trust your nappy to take care of it, and if it doesn't quite manage it, let the mattress protector do its job!
  15. How do you find partners/potential partners react when you tell them that you wear nappies, or when they actually come into contact with your nappy for the first time?
  16. Yeah, a huge advantage of wearing a diaper is always having a restroom in your pants...
  17. Exactly... wetting your nappy in bed feels so good that I'd rather be awake to enjoy it anyway!
  18. Sounds like quite a nice level of incontinence to have. I wish there was a way to just experience it for a day or so!
  19. It varies, I've certainly had more opportunity to wear but my desire to do so has been up and down. Wearing quite a lot at the moment though.
  20. How did you work out these ladies were incontinent? Did you find out if they wore diapers?
  21. Definitely... the feel of putting on a fresh dry nappy, that first substantial wetting in it, the warm bulkines when you've done it, and the smell of a freshly wet nappy. Very turned on by women wearing nappies as well as wearing them myself. Haven't been in any genuinely intimate situations but I've been around others wearing before, and obviously love all the online content.
  22. Mostly Tena Slip Ultima Active Fit, or Drylife Slip Super. They are both nappies that will easily handle three good "toilet visits".
  23. I spent over a week in nappies recently and when I was sorting a load of washing I noticed the lack of underwear!
