  1. Today is an Abena L4 with a booster pad, topped by my PEVA plastic pants and running shorts (see pictures in the photos thread). Wet and since I haven't pooped yet today, I expect they will be pretty stinky later when it's time to change.
  2. Just random thoughts that came to me as I was reading this thread. My mind wanders, but it's old enough to go off by itself.
  3. Happy birthday! Since you are twins, do you both still wear diapers? I can't afford it and don't know your address, but I wish you could have this for your birthday! Baby Cakes Diaper Cake - Boy | Hospital Gift Shop
  4. Any footlocker, lockable box or anything like that will immediately draw attention. "What's in the foot locker? Open it, please". Even if they won't think there are diapers inside, they may think you have some pot or other drugs inside. Possibly a weapon or something. You see high school kids or teens who plan to shoot up their school on the news all the time. Here is a possibility. Even this is risky, but if you have suitcases in the house, find one that is very seldom used if at all. My family took a vacation every year, and I had a small suitcase as a kid. When I got older in my teen years I had a bigger suitcase and the old one wasn't used. If they are easy to get at, you have one that isn't used anymore (people always get newer suitcases over the years) and it can be locked (figuring you can find a key), that might work for you. It's something seldom used that has been around the house for years and is a familiar thing that won't cause a second glance, as long as you make sure you put it back in it's spot each time and put anything back in place that might have been on top of it or in front of it. Naturally if this is in a hall closet, you won't be able to get to it when parents are home. You would have to grab a diaper from the package when they are gone and hide it in your room the day you are planning to use it, and don't go anywhere with the diaper in your room. Stay home and when you get the chance, remove it right away after use. This is far from an easy or ideal way to go about things, but what would you rather have. easy to get to and parents fiding out, or doing a little work to make sure they are really hidden well and won't likely be discovered. Again, this is sketchy, but you need something that can be secure, easy enough to get to, very very seldom used and that is familiar in the house already so as not to draw attention to it.
  5. It's my firm belief that no matter where in your house, especially your bedroom, they will be found. Simple fact is, parents will snoop every chance they can. If you have a car, maybe keep them locked in the trunk and sneak one in when you want to wear it, and dispose of the used diaper away from home immediately!
  6. Got an email that my diapers are in, so I stopped by the postal store, picked up my Betterdry diapers and rushed home to put one on. Yes, it was wet within 2 minutes of fastening the final tape.
  7. The only leaks Spoonchicken has are "gas leaks", and I don't think he needs to change the sheets. Just keep an eye on the canary in the cage.
  8. Got my Abena L4 diapers yesterday, just put one on about 20 minutes ago. It's already wet.
  9. You should work for a bank. You make plenty of "deposits".
  10. I have the house to myself this afternoon/evening so I'm wearing my thick Omitsu cloth diaper with my PEVA plastic pants. Should last me several hours but will probably take it off before saturated so I can pop it in the washer and dryer later.
  11. I think from reading your posts over the years, you wear cloth training pants during the day for the dribbles. Do you wear any waterproof pants over them, or do you not dribble so much that the cloth training pants get so wet that your outer pants get wet? If no prostate issues, I have no idea what to do. Keagle exercises might help unless there is a physical problem with your sphincter. I take 2 flowmax pills each day. Not for leaks and not so I won't have to run to the bathroom so often. I take them because my stream is weak unless I do. Even with the flowmax I pee every 1-1/2 to 2 hours and I get up 5+ times a night to go to the bathroom to pee. I am overweight and have type 2 diabetes. Both contribute to frequent urination. I think unless you really physically try and hold it after you pee, exercise that sphincter to strengthen it as much as possible, post pee dribbles will probably happen. A urologist might have better answers.
  12. Summer finally arrived with temps in the mid 90's the past 3 days. It's supposed to be that hot the rest of the week. It gets that way in Michigan sometimes, but summer temps are usually more like upper 70's to mid 80's. On the plus side, I discovered something with this heat that is saving me a lot of diapers. When I'm wet and need to change, I just go out in the back yard, slide my diaper down and in about 10 minutes it's totally dry again! How is everyone else dealing with hot weather and diapers?
  13. OMG! Mikey actually pooped in his diaper or pull up? Is it April Fools day or something? Seriously, I know you don't like messing your diapers, Mikey, but who knows? Maybe you will get a new appriciation for it.
  14. Yeah, but you put on a Tranquility ATN! All Through the Night!
  15. Betterdry, one of my last 3, with a booster pad and topped with my PEVA plastic pants. Heat advisories the next several days, temps in the 90's with heat index about 100 degrees. Staying in the house with the A/C going all day except for a trip to Walmart later. Putting the indoor time to good use as I just placed an order for more Betterdry and Abena diapers.
