It's interesting, as someone noted much earlier in this thread, how readily most of us talk about doing what we do in our diapers - #1 & #2, for those who partake in the latter, but when it comes to what I will now christen #3, there isn't that much chatter. Except here, evidently.

I am probably one of the only members on here that does NOT masturbate with a diaper or without a diaper on. Here is my reason why. Just over 15 years ago I had a surgery on my prostate because I was going to the bathroom to pee way too often and especially at night. To make a long story short the surgery did not correct the frequent urination issue at all and it also screwed up my ability to ejaculate.

Now I can still get an erection and even reach an orgasm, but the ejaculation from what the Urologist told me instead of expelling itself like every male does it goes back into my bladder and until I urinate it is not a very comfortable feeling at all. So it is not worth it at all for me to even go there anymore. One good thing if there is a good thing from all of this is it keeps me more in tune with my little/toddler side. It turns out that even my adult anxiety can be addressed through still being in diapers.  If I’d been allowed to wear diapers longer as a child, I would have reached a point where I didn’t confuse training with abandonment.  I’m just wearing diapers longer, even at almost 63, because anxiety is anxiety, on a basic level.  Yes, it came from a mistaken fear long ago, not now.  But effective treatment doesn’t necessarily depend on everything being the same.  That’s certainly what my situation seems to say.

Most definitely wearing diapers gives one a sense of comfort and a sense of security and you do feel safe. I am so glad wearing for you helps with you anxiety and you can sleep like a baby. There is nothing like sleeping like a baby at night. I literally missed many years of sleeping well at night and like I said at first I chose the conventional way to treat it with two unsuccessful surgeries when all I had to do is start wearing diapers and I would have remedied the situation myself.
