atnboy20
Aloe Vera juice acts like a natural laxative. Caffeine works both as a diuretic and colon stimulate. If you buy a juicer you can also have the benefit of the pulp in the juice adding to the bulk of your mess. Link to comment

The human body develops a tolerance to caffeine after about three to five days of regular use. This is why, even though caffeine is a weak diuretic, drinking caffeinated beverages is not detrimental to the hydration status of those who regularly consume them. Our bodies are very good at making adjustments to maintain homeostasis. Since water is so critical for life, it only makes sense that our bodies can negate the mild diuretic effect of caffeine. Research now solidly substantiates that this adjustment does, in fact, occur. Link to comment

vvp39
I once read a scientific study of some native people in Africa...these people defecated onto the ground in a particular spot in the place where they lived, and the study was looking into the spread of disease from this condition. Of course the study involved taking fecal and urine samples from the villagers, and the investigators Link to comment
Spanky
Put prune juice and a bunch of prunes in a blender and puree it. Drink lots of this and I'm sure you'll have a huge mess in your diaper. Eating a big meal before hand will add to the mess. Link to comment
