I know what that other thing is for. Its either if your penis is big and it allows for the front of it to expand or its so you dont have to pull it down to use the toliet and just mangle your way through it. I find that when that happens when Im moving around in my seat I get my penis caught in the darn thing and it usually happens in public co I cant stick my hand down there and take it out so I pull my pants foward and I feel like Im ripping skin off.
