ItchyTasty
I'm in talks right now with a care giving agency, and have been very upfront about my diaper fetish. I made them aware that I have no medical need for diapers, but that I enjoy wearing them at home, and that I'm looking for someone to change me. I even gave them a link to a page on Wikipedia about the fetish. They have agreed to meet with me in person, and now it's just a matter of telling them my availability. I'm looking to know if this is okay from a legal standpoint. And I don't want people stating legal "facts" if they don't know them to be facts. A) I'm being honest, and B ) I plan to pay the bills. No harm is being done. I may however get sexually excited during a diaper change. As long as she continues her role as caregiver and does not provide stimulation of any sort, I don't see any legal boundaries being crossed. I smell PURE bullshit. Or if it's true hmmmmmm, the company could get in trouble and you could also get proscuted for wasting value resource time for people who really need it. Link to comment
willow
I mean, really...? Just go to a cat-house in Nevada, give 'em $500 and they'll spend an hour wiping and powdering your ass all you like. Why involve perfectly innocent people in your fetish? IT'S FUCKING RUDE! Link to comment

As usual he was asked to strip off, he lay naked on his side on the bed and the nurse began the examination. "At this stage of the procedure it's quite normal to get an erection" said the nurse. "I haven't got an erection" said the man. "No, but I have" replied the nurse. I would think that by contracting for a female to change your diaper, you have crossed a line.. babychrise
I was surprised to see repaid1's post about the service that DPF offered. I didn't know that that service existed. I'm surprised that they contacted real care givers. There's a definite line between care giving, and care giving to provide sexual gratification. I wonder if there were ever any repercussions for the agencies from which DPF found caregivers(Mommies)? Link to comment

I wonder if there were ever any repercussions for the agencies from which DPF found caregivers(Mommies)? Go back and Read my post again...slowly this time, I never said DPF offered the service. Also note how I said they started there (agencies) and got down to actual consenting/willing adults in the industry! Many people on here will also tell you that on our end it isn't sexual! Thus the term "Care" Giving. We are that easy to please. Link to comment
Guest diaperguy68
In the end my request with this caregiving agency never came to fruition. I requested that the caregiver be in her 20s or 30s and went into more details about ab/dl, and they don't cater to that but wished me well in my search. I'm now stuck diapering myself all the time instead of having someone do it for me. anyone have suggestions for how I can get someone involved in this? Looking to pay $20-$25 per hour, which i think is fair. Escorts charge $200+ per hour, and i can't afford to pay that kind of rate on a regular basis. 1 Link to comment

That will get the attention of cops in most states now. Diaperguy68: There are lots of cheaper prostitutes here in Nevada. However, they're not THAT cheap. Even if the licensed caregivers HAD consented to your barely, if at all, legal request, they would have charged what they make for any other case, which is a hell of a lot more than 20-25 an hour. Fulldiaper
If you do get a care giver to agree to this; make sure you get it in writing and they understand 100% that this is a service agreement and nothing more. Paying the CNA or caregiver to change you through a service provider is not illegal, however make sure you keep documentation and make sure that any changes in the caregivers from the agency, are informed that this is NOT a medical assignment!! ...just my .02 cents Link to comment
DartDodger
Wow this just creeps me out! Maybe I am silly but I have a real medical need and only a hand full of people know I am diapered. My doctors and a few person that are close to me. I hate post like this and the ones where persons flash others to get their jolly. Why? Post like this scare me that when crap like this happens the whole community that wears will be looked upon as to if they are real ,playing or some prev. Like last week I had to get some test I was seen in a diaper. By persons who did the test when I was seen in a diaper by them I would not want them to think it was some fetish or a game I was involving them in. Just takes one person to make many look bad. Guest scenarioX
I don't know about that....I'd be too nervous if I got aroused at how the care giver would react... she may change her mind about it all. If you could put up an online add looking for a sitter or a real caregiver that is working with you on her own time, that woul dbe better. Expect some hate and strange reactions when you ask this of people. Some will accept it and some will make you feel like a freak. I remember wearing a diaper on Halloween....someone shouted freak.....and it hurt...hurts a lot....be prepared for that. Link to comment
eatenbywo1ves
Haven't really read the replies but here's my two cents. As long as you aren't doing activity that warrants your IP address being scrutinized (Fraud online etc..), you are probably fine. I highly doubt that they are able to watch every persons internet activity on a search by search basis using people; however, if you under go a back round check for security I could see you running into some sticky questions there or I could see an IRS audit being awkward. LILJIM
Legalities vary a lot from place to place so the only way you can get good legal advice on subjects such as this is to ask a local lawyer. Of course that advice was given me by my old lawyer and friend who is now gone, but he was right Law begins at local, and the prices go up from there Bettypooh My thoughts too!! Alittle money to a lawyer can save big problems later. Link to comment
Amyuser
I being incontinent and disabled i'm sure puts a whole different spin on things but i have Personal Care Aides that are paid by the state to come to my home and assist me with ADL's (Activeties of Daily Living) and this includes should i need it changing my diaper.I have so far not needed any help from any of my PCA's but i have multiple degenerative Neurological and Neuromuscular diseases so the time will come when i will have to adjust to the idea of someone doing it for me , so heres an idea how about some of you AB/DL's giving me suggestions on how to cope with that when it comes (as in how to lay there and like it basicly) any ideas i would love to hear them !!
