Just curious what peoples preference is on thick diapers.

With considerable difficulty, I've recently obtained some PVC pants in a really thick material, 8mil. Having tried them for a couple of weeks, I'm amazed that such items are not more widely available. The heavy grade material leaves the wearer in no doubt that the pants are being worn. Both restrictive and reassuring at the same time. What do others think of making waterproof pants from such heavy material?

Hi All, I am new here so excuse me if I do not make sense:) I prefer my briefs thick and soft as possible. Usually I wear Abena Premium size Large, for the hell of it I tried an XL to get thicker and softer and I think? it worked! Anybody else have experience with oversizing to bulk things up? Thanks, Snooky

Note: This relates to the Inspire Original briefs, but I posted this discussion where I did because for the people who have never tried Rearz diapers, I was worried they might not see this post in the Rearz section of the forum - since they most likely don't visit that section of the forum. Anyway I've been on these forums for a few years and I remember there was always a large number of AB/DL's who really wished the old Attends from the 1990s were around still. The super thick plastic backing is one of the things that made the original Attends so great. Then the Company was sold in the 90s and it seemed like that was the last of thick plastic backed diapers. (What a sad day it was for so many of us). What I don't understand is: why have so few talked about the Inspire Original Briefs? I bought two packs of these a few weeks ago and I'm blown away. This diaper's plastic backing is not only as thick,( possibly thicker) than the original Attends from the 90s, and the padding is just as thick and it's all white. The diaper is loud which is what many AB/DLs enjoy sometimes. No designs, just all white just like the old baby diapers from the 80s, but made like the Attends in the 90s. I realize the price is high on these diapers, but they are worth every dollar. If people don't buy them, and there is not a demand, they will eventually go away. It would be a shame. To be honest with you. I don't really want you girls/ and boys to buy them, because I want them all for myself. ... lol.J/K But the truth is, if I had the money I would buy every case right now. I am blown off my seat, and I can't understand why they are not in the spot light. These are the baby diapers I've been looking for for the last 20 years. I've been planning on buying some Dry 24/7 because I've heard only good things. Yesterday I looked at the rearz site that I learned about on here. Up until then I thought the 24/7 were the most absorbant diapers available, but according to Rearz, their new inspire diaper holds more and is made of higher quality SAP. Dry 24/7 holds 95 oz after second wetting as tested by xp medical. Rearz claims up to 5000 ml or about 1.2 gallons. Also I haven't heard anything about wellness briefs even though they're supposed to be awesome. Any experiences or opinions on these 3 products would be appreciated. Also, if you have any other high capacity diapers you'd like to recommend, let's hear about it

As you can see they seem really thick, and they are good, really good! The inner core is soo soft, woah the'res no softener in the world which can even replicate that kind of softness!
