Mind if I ask what you wear to the gym or to run in? I wear a pull up for my walks but that is limiting. The full diapers chafe my inner thighs if I walk for more than a mile or two. Much more than two miles and a pull up won't suffice. If like to be able to wear something with more capacity so I can exercise more.

I actually just got rid of all but one pair of panties. They were taking up space and it felt rather cathartic to cast them off. I don't have any plans to buy more. I did just buy two more diaper covers though.

I just started using catheters but I used a 14 fr first and found myself peeing past the balloon. Today I'm using a 16fr and it has been a lot more comfortable with no by pass of urine. Grain of salt due to inexperience.

I started wearing on and off maybe 6 years ago now and full time during the day almost two years ago. I didn't start wearing at night until recently, about two months ago. I've noticed that I'm not really comfortable going out without a diaper anymore and it's been getting harder for me to tell how wet I am sometimes. For instance, we were sight seeing a couple weeks ago and I was driving. I jumped out at one point to look and realized my jeans were soaked! I genuinely had no clue that I had leaked. Luckily it wasn't crowded and I hopped back in the van and changed. At the same time, it feels like I've got more control than I thought I had a few months ago. I find myself having to force my bladder to start and get uncomfortably full when sitting. I sometimes have to stand and of course then it all comes flooding forth. No conclusive thoughts just some observations.

I started with an ubbi and it works well but the opening isn't sufficient for a full adult diaper. I now just use whichever bin I'm closest to when I change and take them all out with the regular trash.

Is not just you. I find it nearly impossible to pee in a car or sitting up right in general.

Can you elaborate on how this presents as incontinence please? Is it involuntary leakage or a lack of sensation? Just curious, I hope this isn't insensitive.
