I don't think so. I think he'd need to be like on the tip and the fart kinda pushes him over the edge, but it wouldn't be the actual fart itself, unless he has a fart fetish, I think people with those try to like hold it or clench it to keep it in and release when they choose to which is probably near climax.

Although knowing how strange and unusual people and just bodies can be. There might be some people who are so sensitive they'd get off from just a fart.

I think there's a name for that, it's a condition. I saw a clip of a show for weird conditions. But it was a woman, she had this condition where she was really sensitive and she had to be careful while driving because the low vibrations of the car could actually get her off like a vibrator or something which sounds like it'd be kinda distracting while driving.

Found it, it's called Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD) it usually requires multiple orgasms over hours or days to be relieved and a similar condition exists in men called Priapism where the Penis remains erect for hours with no stimulation or hours after the stimulation.
