Right now at 530 it's + 7 when I left the house at noon it was 39.

Still warming up here its at 40 and light rain, right now, I hope it stops raining to give roads a chance to dry before the cold snap. Today started off cold enough to get us 5 inches (ca. 13 cm), of fluffy wet snow. Snow means a few hours of snow plow work for me, I like to clear my friends and neighbors driveways, I have been plowing for my neighbors for the last 20 years The big cold comes tomorrow night, national weather says 1, tomorrow night where I live you knock off 10 degrees. Tomorrow night is shaping up to be a double footed sleeper, 2 blanket and a quilt, night for me.

I think it is wonderful what the coffee shop did. It didn't cost the shop a cent, to be nice to her, other stores could learn a lesson from this store.

All my bullies died at early ages, can't say I was broken up over hearing of their passing. Matter of fact, a bunch of my acquaintances have passed away. Just a few days ago a friend asked me to look up info about a woman he heard passed away, she lived in the same town I grew up in. When I was looking for her info, I found 12 people that had died that I knew when I was growing up, these people died in the last year or so. I'm the only one left from the group of guys I used to buddy around with from high school, either I am doing something right or very wrong that I am still here.

You would make a great weather forecaster, I followed the weather for many years, I worked outside most of the time. Nothing wrong with loving the weather, it is a great hobby and would be a great job for you, with the right schooling.

Yes I have a Raspberry Pi, kicking around the house somewhere, it was a cool little computer. It's a cheap option for a backup just in case your main computer quits. I like laptops I have a few of those also, I bought a few used HP workhorse computers from New Egg years ago, I carry one of those with me when I know I have a place to plug in. Not only that, but I also have an old HP Pavilion with a 10 cell battery that will last 4 hours, I take this with me daily when I hang out with my car nut friends.

If you buy one now in a year it will be obsolete, hold off maybe buy a cheap laptop as a backup, if your present PC bites the dust you can use the laptop until you can pick up a new unit. It would be nice if there were savings accounts that made money, you could park your cash there until you need it.
