  1. So true nothing like cloth diapers 360 degrees absorbency, nice bulk and very authentic.☺️
  2. As long as you don’t overdo it, nobody will notice you wear a diaper, and if they do they most likely will not have the guts to mention it or make remarks. I have been wearing diapers 24/7 for the last 22 years and I can only imagine somebody noticed something at one point or another. I never heard any comments or remarks.
  3. I have to travel to Denmark early February for my daily job. Most likely we will stay there for one week, maybe a little over. Depending on the pandemic we will either travel by car, which will make it a nine hour drive or we will go by plane. Like always I will take a yet to determine amount of diapers along. There is no way I will stay away from my diapers for that long. My colleagues and I will stay in a hotel most likely in Copenhagen or in Farnum just like we did before. Used to travel quite a lot for my daily job but in recent years not so much. Never had any issues with customs or anything even close for that matter. Just act normal take along what you need or have it shipped to your hotel.
  4. My goodness. I still have a good quantity of old Tena diapers stored on my attic (full bags) think I’ll hang on to them as they turn to gold, $ 15.00 per diaper. Good investment for a rainy day
  5. Spending some quality time with my kids getting ready for x-mas tomorrow.
  6. I double up when I wear disposable diapers for in general they have a tendency to leak, I wear medical style disposables. I prefer to wear cloth diapers in the first place but they are not very convenient when out and about. So when out and about I’ll wear a disposable diaper and put a thin cloth diaper over it and a snug fitting plastic pants, nice look, nice feel and very authentic. When at home I’ll go back to cloth diapers which are thick enough, no need to double my cloth diapers.
  7. I wear cloth diapers and like to wear them tight. I think they do a better job when worn tightly against you body. A snug fitting plastic pant completes it all.
  8. Disposable diapers not so much, I do miss the old fashioned plastic pants and cloth diapers they used to make back in the days. Some come close that is for sure but nothing like the real thing.
  9. I discovered these pants only a couples of weeks ago I think they are awesome. I like the feel of them as they bring me back to childhood memories. They are hard to obtain outside of the UK unfortunately but one of our board members was kind enough to help with that. Also the given fact that they are being made with two inch increments will allow you to find the perfect fit. I now wear them every day over a terry cloth diaper if I am at home or better said not at work. Absolutely love them.
  10. Well I suppose if I would search long and hard I might find some underwear but I haven’t worn regular underwear in ages. I went 24/7 some 22 years ago and I think it will stay that way until I take my last breath.
  11. I love to walk around in nothing more than a t-shirt cloth diaper and plastic pant, I will do so every chance I get. Unfortunately my privacy is insufficient to go outside like that, I would love to though. Inside my house it is a different story especially in the morning. I find it very hard to take of my wet nighttime diaper, it usually takes a while until I am ready to do so. Yes I would love to find something that is private enough to walk around in my favorite attire so I can be in full contact with the other side of me. Here in the Netherlands it is quite hard to find places like that, but one can always which.
  12. I prefer to lay down. I can get a much better fit if I lay down on bed. However changing your diaper laying down is not always an option. I will stand when out and about like in public restrooms or while at work.
  13. Well I am not saying it won’t work, I have some doubts that much is true. I am just talking about my own experience, so I can’t speak for others and I can’t speak about their experiences and achievements. Just bear with me and let me tell you how things came along with me. From about as long as I can remember a part of me always felt one should wake up in a wet diaper, having no control will just do that. I was back in diapers at a very early age but my mom did not appreciate it if I wetted my diaper after I was potty trained. Fast forward a heap of years. By coincidence I came across a couple catheters and they seemed to be the answer to my continence. They worked just fine, I woke up in a wet diaper. Since that worked ever so nicely I started using catheters during the day as well for it completed a desire I had or better yet a part of me. That was about 14 years ago. I found a couple of downsides to the Catheter. You couldn’t feel yourself pee, your diaper will simply get wet. You will get bacterial growth and bacterial colonies. And last thing I found if for one reason or another you’ll get excited the catheter could hinder your erection, and that can be (very) painful. On a Dutch diaper forum I met Cathdiaper and he made himself a stent which I used as a template to design my own, that was about 13 years ago. I’ve only used catheters for a very limited time for the stent took care of the downsides of the catheter. For sure you will get other downsides like migration but meanwhile I’ve got that handled. That is in a nutshell how things came about with me. To get back to your questions. I can’t say it won’t work at all, for we all have our own experiences. All I can say I’ve been using catheters and stents for well over 14 years and if I take my stent out things will start to normalize, I am still continent. I use my stent (almost) 24/7 and I’ll only take it out for cleaning, for it does need cleaning. I will keep it in for weeks even months is a row and only take it out at rare occasions. For instance if I need to travel for my work, that is part of my daily job and I travel abroad. When I have to travel I will take my diapers along but leave the stent at home. I will take my stent out a week in advance to my traveling and that is it. The breaks vary but it is usually around three maybe four days. If I get back home I put it back in. I cannot predict how things will develop but this is what it is after 14 years.
  14. You have to make one yourself I am afraid. There is some good information here on the site and various styles and approches
  15. I wear diapers 24/7 so even if I take the stent out I’d still be wearing a diaper. If I get the urge to pee, I just let go and do not run for the toilet. My body automatically normalizes things back to a continent state which is fine with me. My stent will counteract that if I desire to do so, which is most of the time. I do not seek to harm my body and I think that is not done by using a stent. But a another part of me seeks a form of incontinence. I love to wake up in a wet diaper and have no control and a stent will do just that.
  16. Still wearing my soaked cloth nighttime diaper. Going to take a shower after I ate breakfast and I’ll change into nice clean cloth diaper and go out to do my weekly groceries.
  17. I started wearing diapers again at a very young age, one could say have I ever been out of them. Me wearing diapers wend through various stages. Started wearing 24/7 by the age of 32 and still do today.
  18. I think it will differ from person to person. Personally I have been using catheters and stents for over 14 years now and most of the time 24/7. If I take my stent out things return back to normal within two sometime three days. At first I have to pee like every ten minutes but the intervals increase rapidly. So the way I look at it, it will not make you incontinent unless something else happens that causes damage. The damage could be caused by the catheter if not used correctly. Then again I am no doctor.
  19. I recommend you to reconsider what you are trying to do. Although I know from personal experience once you have a desire to become incontinent it is a hard to ban it. Personally I have been using catheters and stents for over 14 years now but never combined with messing. For the most time I have been using stents, 13 years or so. I found stents minimize bacterial growth and bacterial colonies. I absolutely agree with the other posters leaving a catheter open in a messy diaper is an absolute guarantee for UTI`s or worse. I Never had a UTI for I kept everything clean and sterile the path you are thinking of is far from that. So please reconsider.
  20. Well over 23 years and i still love it.
  21. Well in my thirties I always wore cloth diapers prior to that and cloth diapers are still my go-to diaper today.
  22. Usually my need to do my number 2 after I finished my first pot of coffee, one could set a clock on that. It is usually around the same time as I need to change the diaper which I wore overnight. I just take down my plastic pant, undo the safety pins drop my wet diaper in a bin and take care of business. In general if I take off a wet diaper I do not put it back on.
