Indeed there have been a number of post about the topic you started but I think it is quite alright. Like you I have a strong desire to lose control of my bladder functions and I know how strong the desire can be or can turn out to be. I have been using catheters and stents for some 16 years now and it does the trick for me. There are a couple of things you have to keep in mind. It is always best to not put anything inside your body that is not supposed to be there, it might mean you have to battle the feelings you have on a daily basis, I tried it I lost or gave in whatever you prefer to call it. Uti’s are a risk although I never had one they are still a risk. Your body will most likely respond to the presence of something alien in your body which will cause spasms for it is trying to expel the catheter or stent. This said your body will also grow to accept the more you will use a catheter or stent. My experience with catheters is limited to be honest for I only worked with them for a year maybe a year and a half. As for stents most of us make them ourselves if not all. For sure there are stents available in the market but most have to be installed by an urologist. I find the stent I make and use to be very comfortable and does the job perfectly. Does it come without any issues? Well, no, but I learned to identify any potential problems and act accordingly. Can things go wrong? yes they can, it happened to me too, took care of it and continued. Bottom line I think you will have to find out what you want and how far you are willing to take it. Maybe one of the designs of other members appeal to you and you can use it as a template to design your own stent, that is how it did it. A stent and its measurements are very personal so it is something you will have to figure out yourself.

No I don't but I can understand if some members do diapers can be quite expensive.

For me it makes little or no difference I wear both and I think they do a pretty good job concealing my diaper. I wear plastic pants to keep everything tight and snug to my body.

I changed my diaper some three hours ago as I had to take a dump, something I won’t do in my diaper. Changed back into a cloth diaper with a snug fitting plastic pants as they are my go to diaper when I am at home. I woke up this morning completely soaked as it is supposed to be

I heard of similar stories and I think it can be different form person to person. I can only tell you about my own experience and how thing come about with me. I’ve been using catheters and stents for well over 15 years now. I started out with catheters but it wasn’t real enough for me. After a year maybe a year and a half I turned to stents and once I felt comfortable with using them I started to use them 24/7, I only take them out to clean. Even after all these years I am still continent so if I take it out things will start to normalize. Sometimes it will be normal within hours and sometimes it will take longer why that is I do not really know I do have my thoughts about it but I think it is less important.

I am not all that interested in seeing other people in diapers to be honest as I prefer to wear them myself. However coming across the question two names came up, actress Ryan Newman and Candace Owens in plain white diapers something like a better dry.

Mommy is wise. I prefer cloth diapers over disposable although I do wear disposable when I go out to work to be honest, as soon as I get home I’ll change back to cloth for I think they do a better job and are more authentic. Cloth is too hard to change during the day while take care of business to my opinion.

Anyway, I bought myself a nice stack of terry cloth diapers 48”x 48” and they get me through the night with ease. Every diaper will leak at one point or another that is something you will have to figure out yourself but terry cloth diapers hold a descent amount of fluids. I do not have a specific place to use my diaper. I only use them for number 1 and I use them 24/7 for that purpose.

Well my track record isn’t as impressive as Cathdiap as it comes to catheter and stent usage that is for sure, but I think it can be done safely. Over the 15 years I’ve been into catheter and stent play I never had any issues like UTI`s or something like that. To me it is plain and simple, it is of the upmost importance to work hygienically and work with caution, do not rush take it easy and one should be okay.

No not at all. I do not give it any thought, I wear diapers 24/7 and that is how I live my life. I wet my diaper without having control over it all by choice. This being the case it is not worth thinking about it any farther so I don’t.

Basically I use two names as I visit quite a view sites, for the most part I use my real name if it is available. Here I use Dlnoir and I came up with the name when I was still trying to find my position and identity. I was well in my thirties when I discovered I wasn’t the only one in the world with this rather strange desire to wear and use diapers. After is discovered I wasn’t the only one I learned that the Dl profile fitted most part as I have no AB feelings at all. Although a part of, let me call it puzzle, was solved it didn’t mean all was clear from that point on forward. Diapers aren't sexual for me anymore. I remember quite well during puberty they used to be to a certain extent but not anymore, getting old.

I was in France September the 11th 2001 spending my holiday with my mom, dad and now ex-wife. I remember it quite well and I also remember feeling so frustrated and angry for I had no decent access to the news. Although I’ve never seen the twin towers with my own eyes I knew there and then things would change for ever. As a kid I knew about my friend he still wet the bed but he didn’t wear diapers. He had a rubber mattress cover I’ve seen it on numerous occasions and you could hear it if you sat on his bed. I was so frigging jealous for he had the one thing I wanted so badly it would maybe allow me to wear diapers.

I am not very social that much it true, whether it is related to me wearing diapers, I don’t know, for I feel I can do everything I want wearing them. Other than that I am no good in small talk and I find it hard to keep conversations going. I hate it if a conversation drops dead and most of the time I feel it is my fault. If somebody asks me a question I will answer it straight forward and most of the time that is the end of it. On the other hand I can talk for hours if it has my interest for instance my work and especially if I am building and developing new machines but no small talk.

So what are my thoughts on Pros and Cons of wearing diapers fulltime. Pro: Don't have to look for a restroom always a restroom at hand no matter the circumstances. Diapers provide comfort. Diapers keep me focused. Diapers keep me happy. No need to get out of bed. If ever you get in real trouble (real sanitary accident that is, happened to me) you are covered. Con: Chance of a diaper rash but you’ll have a lot of influence on that. Occasional leak if you push the boundaries too much. Chance of smells if you delay changing you diaper. All and all more pro`s than con`s.
