I see nothing wrong with this. If someone wants to change something about themselves or their life, they will do it regardless of having a certain day roll around (New Years). I personally don't like calling them New Years Resolutions, because it makes it sound like the only reason you're deciding to change is because of January 1st.

I definitely would enjoy having that mod while playing.

I might have to try something similar. I think I always fail in my goals because I set them too big. Edit: Some things I do want to accomplish this year are: 1) Lose weight/ get in better shape (was doing good last year, and lost all progress due to laziness) 2) Pay down my debt (was able to make some progress at the end of last year) 3) Get more practice at the range (I have a bad flinch that I want to overcome) 4) Get my new computer built (I have to work on 2 first for this)

A wet Bloomeez from Bambino. I really like the taping system these have. It is a little bit different from their other velcro tabbed diapers, both in the tapes themselves and the fact that the diaper has a stretchy area attached to the tape zone on each side. Really does help for people like me that are overweight to get a good fit without worrying about having a tab come loose.

Brian is definitely right about things not being made to last anymore. Another issue I have with things now is that everything has to be wifi enabled or smart. I don't need a smart toaster, or a smart lock on my house. That's just giving a tech savvy thief a way to hack his way into my house, and then he can take/do whatever he wants.

I'd agree with spankings. For me, if I had to pick some things, they would be: having a bedtime, having even less smarts than I do now (even though I feel pretty dumb now too), and groundings.

My family went much lighter this year, which we all agreed was fine. I got some money from family, which was going towards a bill payment, but is now going towards the next time my car is in the shop. I did get a Harry Potter box set, which was pretty cool though.

Very good point. One way that I get around that issue is by using prepaid cards. I usually get them at the grocery or gas station, and once that card is used up, I just get another one. That way nobody gets at my bank account, and I can still help here if I want to.

I have learned this week that if you are taking honey flavored cold medicine, you really do need to keep drinking lots of water too. I am recovering from a cold this week, and was taking my medicine regularly without keeping my water intake up too. Well when I changed my diaper, I noticed a sweet smell, and realized I was smelling honey from the medicine.

Sorry to hear that Mikey. If I were you, I'd raise a cup to all the happy memories you have with your dad.

I thought of another power that would be great to have while at work today. The ability to always know if you can hold it long enough to get to a bathroom while out and about. I hate when I feel like I need to go while out somewhere, only for there to be nothing when I get to a bathroom, but also hate when I have around an hour and a half until break time, and have to wonder if I can hold it long enough. I don't like to leave my work area for bathroom breaks if I can avoid it, since it leaves other people picking up my slack while I'm gone.

My super power would be being able to electrify my skin to instantly kill any bugs that land on me.

Good on them for being so supportive of their kids' interests. I enjoy furry artwork, but have no desire to dress up or anything like that. I give props to the people that create the fursuits though, since some of them are very well made.

I normally go with Pampers unscented wipes, but I'll use scented if I have them on hand. I found Huggies wipes to be too fragile, and they liked to tear on me.
