    Once you go cross the security. If you have PreCheck. You can go through metal detector. TSA won't pat you down. After you clear at security. You have go to restroom. You put a diapers on before boarding the flight. This is better idea. Nobody who ask me that I wore a diapers on the plane and at security, too. It's private.
