Not too sure if it is the same with exercise, but I know that with sex, if it is a pain in the neck, you are doing it wrong!

I think I will wait a few months, for all the patches to be fixed, before I download. I am a "Too Old Duffer" computer user, who has never found anything more useful in any of the upgrades that I didn't have on 97. There ought to be a law against deliberately outdating products, it is wicked capitalism at its worst.

Unsweetened iced tea at 35F, is equal to about -20 calories per pint, as the body has to heat it to body temperature and then promptly squirts it into your nappy.

If your mother wakes in a puddle, buy a washable bed-pad and when you can afford to, buy another one (or two if your drying facilities are not good). The better the quality, the dryer they are to the touch and better for the skin. Unfortunately it is a fact of life that disposable nappies are inclined to leak if they are wet when lying on one's side. The most economical long term option might be terry pants with a gusset stuffed with a folded hand towel, covered by waterproof pants.
