  1. I sympathize with your predicament as I had a similar situation after knee surgery. No sympathy or help diapering after surgery. It was manageable.
  2. Yes they were great no pins. Too bad they are no longer available.
  3. I am using a condom catheter and a leg bag as a more economical alternative to Abena diapers withe recent 30% price hike here. Certainly is a lot less changing. However I do wear a diaper at night either an ABU Space diaper or Abena M4.
  4. Actually no I haven't had any problems with Abena and have used them for several years.
  5. All you need to be out and the tapes let go for unknown reason Has only happened twice and it wasn't cause of a cheap diaper. Once it happens you learn your lesson. Also a backup in the event you can't get to change

Nice pose and photo. Hopefully we will see more of you.
  7. I either wear cloth diapers from Rearz or baby pants both are prefolds.
  8. I have found a very simple way to put on a cloth diaper. Simply pin the diaper before putting it on so all you have to do is pull it up. You soon know where to place the pins to get a snug fit. As soon as my diapers are out of the dryer I pin them and put them on the shelf ready for use. Comments anyone?
  9. I have looked at Confidry 24/7 and tried samples and found them over priceced for what they are. I have used Abena M4 for several years.
  10. As far as the cloth pre-fold diapers from Baby Pants vs Rearz. I would go with the ones from Rearz as they a lot softer, thicker and a lot more comfortable to wear as a night time diaper. I have both.
  11. I agree with cottontail I have both, ones from Baby Pants and some Rearz (Pakistan) and I find the Rearz one's much better for absorbtion. As far as finding products made in North America, good luck. We can't even get good quality disposibles even if we want to pay a premium for them, eg. Molicare and Abena.
  12. A wet Baby Pants cloth pre-fold with a Baby Pants snap panty.
  13. I had bought several cases when they were available here in Canada but found they were over priced for what they were and went back to Abena.
  14. Why is is that the sign in and create an account functions on toip of one another? Would be nice if they were seperated.

I used to buy from the folks on Industrial but I have found online form Age Comfort works out better for me.
  16. I bought a package from ABU and being in Canada then after paying the Fedex charges they were extremely expensive. I found the tapes failed on at least 80% of them. Honestly, there are better diapers out there than those, like Molicare and Abena and for a lot less money.
  17. I have a friend in the UK who just swtched to Abena M4s and she still needs additional protection at night. As I use the Abena 403501 Booster Pads here in Canada I have been looking for them in the UK with no luck. If anyone knows an online source please let me know.
  18. Sounds like everyone has hit on a common theme about sizes. Why is it if it's made in China the item is always smaller, smaller people I guess. I fail to understand why when something is made in China and destined for North America why can't the sizes be uniform.
  19. Just to add to what I said earlier. I use the birdseye cotton diapers from Baby Pants with the a single Snappi and have had no problems with either the Snappi or the diaper. What it has done made putting on a cloth diaper a lot easier and gives a much better fit as I have a 48" waist. As far as Angela's concernes go I am not sure just where her problems are. I do agree that fabrics like flannel might not stand up to the pulling from the Snappi.
  20. When wearing any kind of diaper I always wear plastic pants that are terry lined for extra protection.
  21. I have the Birdseye weave cotton ones from Baby Pants and found the Snappi works great.
  22. I have some of the thicker ones from Baby Pants that I like. I always wear them with plastic pants.
