  1. I want! I want! I like the pirates one and the one with the stars.
  2. You have good advice... but most anyone who wants to become incontinent isn't going to take your word for it. The only way they will know is to find out the hard way.
  3. Would that be Foghorn?
  4. I hadn't seen that before... that definitely made me laugh.
  5. Same thing, different design.
  6. Yeah, they are photo-shopped but still incredibly cool.
  7. Obviously this is more targeted at the trans members here, but there may be others who can input. I'm just curious for those of you who are trans and 'out' at your place of work (whether it is by choice or because you are transitioning in the midst of working there) how has your work experience been? I'm curious what companies are good to work for when you're trans and which ones are not so good. For instance, I work at Walmart and although that company sucks on so many levels, they have been great about my transition. My management team has been supportive in everything, including the switch of pronouns and I've even been promoted since coming out there. So what's your story?
  8. I'm quite inclined to believe that they all fit the description of Troll #1 and Troll #4. They're ignorant and want attention. I wasn't even going to waste the time to type a response in that thread as it obviously would have been pointless. It's obvious that there are people on this site who #1: Don't know the difference between sex and gender and #2: Don't respect other people's struggles and right to do what they need to do to make themselves happy. Apparently us transgender folk don't have any right to "mutilate" our bodies. I could go on, but I think I'll stop there seeing as I'm already pissed off after reading the other thread.
  9. That's pretty sweet. I would like to play version white or black.
  10. Last year I had seven teeth surgically removed, including my wisdom teeth... I had been wearing 24/7 at that time and so naturally I wore a diaper while I was sedated. The only embarrassing part of that was that I wore a onesie and they wanted to put some little sensor on my stomach and I had to explain why he couldn't exactly put it there. It wasn't a huge deal because he put it on my leg instead. So just be aware that they place sensors on your chest and stomach area so you will have to pull up your shirt. (I don't know what the sensors are called or what they're even for.. but they are the round white kind that just stick to you.)
  11. I used to be die-hard cloth, but because of getting older and as a result having less time, I have come to like disposables more. They're easier to put on and easier to dispose of. The only thing that I still like about cloth more is the bulk. I'm a huge fan of a bulky diaper to a degree that usually cannot be attained by a disposable. If I had my own place, I would definitely revert back to cloth on occasion. I have to go with plastic because that is all I have ever used and known. And blue all the way!

    Relationships

I am currently single. Since I am transgender, I personally identify as straight in that I like girls. I have only had two serious relationships. The first, my boyfriend, knew about the diapers and accepted it. The second, my girlfriend, when I told her she flipped out. She would have broken up with me immediately had I not lied and said it was in the past.
  13. I'm toddler all the way in behavior. I still like all the baby stuff like diapers, bottles, paci's, etc but toddlers can do a little bit more than an actual baby.
  14. I'm about 3 or so hours from there. I live in Woodstock VA... right in the middle of Shenandoah Valley. Are you from VA?

    Dvd Cover

I'm with Sarah! I think I'll have to add that one to my queue as well.
  16. I really like your writing style Pudding! You have a lot of talent... and the story was exceptional!
  17. Well I know I am certainly being crucified in my area.. but I live in a small, close-minded and homophobic area. In the redneck hills of VA.
  18. I wouldn't say that it's easier but the vaginoplasty procedure has been done far more (and therefore perfected to a much higher degree) than a phalloplasty. The results of a vaginoplasty are usually satisfactory whereas the phalloplasty leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully in time this will change.
  19. ACD is probably your best bet for cloth diapers.
  20. I'm a very active person and I went 24/7 for about six months last year wearing Tranquility ATN's. I wore them with a booster which gives them a little bit of bulk, but they hold up very well if you're athletic.
  21. Alright guys, I have enjoyed my stay here and I have met a lot of awesome people here. But due to people and circumstances in my life, I feel like this part of myself and my life has to come to an end so I can move on. It doesn't mean that I won't be back, but I am going to try not to. Being an AB has always been a big part of myself and I've remained fairly active on the boards regardless of whether my desire for diapers had waned. But I just sorta feel like the only way I can attempt to move on and past this, is if I don't put it in front of my face anymore. Thanks to everyone who has been my friend on here and I really wish everyone the best of luck with whatever their own endeavors may be.
  22. I am going to suggest a more natural route although it doesn't work for everyone. Try to set aside a small period of time every day in which you won't be interrupted. Use that time to meditate. You'd be surprised what meditation does for blood pressure, anxieties and such. Yoga is another thing you can do to elevate your mood and it often goes hand in hand with meditation. Or, if you don't like the whole meditation thing, another good thing to do is scrounge up every book, article or movie that makes you laugh and make time to watch/read them. Laughing helps to release the chemical serotonin into your body which helps to regulate your mood and decrease irritability. Find something.. anything.. that is sure to make you laugh (provided it isn't at the expense of someone else). Also, find time to exercise. Exercise also helps the release of neurotransmitters and endorphins, which are "feel good" chemicals that ease depression. It also reduces immune system chemicals that actually worsen depression. It gives you more energy which in turn makes you feel better. All of the above things require you to set aside time. I know that can be rough when you have a really busy schedule.. but you won't regret doing it. For a little bit of time each day you can improve your overall health tremendously. Depression is a serious thing and you should take all the steps that you can to improve it. St. John's Wort is a natural supplement that you can take that has been shown to alleviate the symptoms of depression. I definitely recommend going the natural route (ie supplements, exercise, etc) over depression medication because you run the risk of dependency. Not only that, but a lot of people experience a lot of unpleasant side effects from them. And when you are on them more than a short time, your body builds an immunity to it and the doctor has to either increase your dosage or switch you to another type. But sometimes, the natural route doesn't help and you need to seek medical attention for depression as it can be a chemical imbalance. Either way, don't stay depressed.. try some different methods and see what works best for you!

    Christmas 2010

I would not mind getting some new diapers but all my money will be going towards my upcoming chest surgery.. which I wouldn't mind getting *that* for Christmas either, lol. Typically though, I just like the way the holiday makes me feel, despite the fact that I do work in retail and that has a way of taking a lot of job out of most every single holiday. This year probably won't be so great since I am still at home and am at odds with my family.. but hopefully next year I will be on my own and able to relax a little more.
  24. My best friend had bedbugs in his room and we set off the bombs that kill household insects. It doesn't specifically mention bedbugs on their label, but they did a good job at his house. We set off two upstairs and one downstairs and we specifically sprayed down the area under his couch and bed with lice spray, along with the cushions of his couch and all the crevices. And since he didn't have a mattress cover on his bed, we took his mattress outside, sprayed it down very well with the lice spray before putting it in a plastic mattress cover on it. It saved from having to buy a new mattress since that costs money. He did get rid of all the sheets and blankets that were on his bed and bought new, just in case any bedbugs had burrowed into them since they are notorious for doing that. After all of that, he has not had another problem with the bedbugs. They are very difficult to get rid of and they bite the hell out of you at night. Every morning my friend was waking up with 20-30 new bug bites. Luckily they can be gotten rid of, it just takes some time, thoroughness and patience. And I sincerely sympathize with anyone who does have them.
