  1. Just an update on tomorrows munch, we've had to change location, it's less than a block from King George Skytrain Station. Below are the details for the event. Hope to see you there date: Thursday, April 28, 2011 time: 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM where: Knight and Day, King George Hwy, Surrey address: 9677 King George Hwy, Surrey, BC V3T 2V3 Map cost: Depends on what you order (free to attend!) dress code: Casual (no AB or fetish wear) Description Where we littles can get together to chat, share experiences and be social over a bite to eat or a beverage This is a wonderful way to meet other local ageplayers in a safe environment. Are you new to the lifestyle? Don't be shy. You are as welcome as the most seasoned ageplayer. If you're nervous, I can happily arrange to have either myself or someone from the group meet with you beforehand for coffee UPDATED LOCATION We're dining at the Knight and Day located between 96th and 98th Ave. on King George Hwy - right opposite the King George Skytrain station. There's plenty of free parking at the restaurant. Our table is reserved from 7pm onwards. It does help if we have an accurate idea of how many people are planning to attend so we can get the right amount of space reserved, but feel free to show up anytime after 7pm - late arrivals welcome Don't forget to join the Vancouver BC Ageplayers, Littles, ABs & DLs group Look forward to seeing you there
  2. I had one similar to the cherry/olive many years ago that I bought from DPF, I much prefer the way the Nuk 5 shape fits in my mouth.
  3. 23+ years and my AB/DLism is still going strong, it probably helps that I met someone who is happy to have a little girl and doesn't mind diapering her. I doubt it'll ever go away, I'll probably be wearing diapers until I'm old enough to actually need them.
  4. I said banana, I'm really wierd
  5. I'm in Whatcom right now, near Mt Baker, we spend quite a bit of time this side of the border from spring to fall. I also co-host the Vancouver munch which isn't far from you (as long as you have a passport). Check out the Canada forum if your interested, we'd love to see you up there.

    Moo

OMG, it's an IRC invasion. *huggles* meshe
  7. The above 2 quotes don't add up to me, spending $300 on diapers does not equal poor college student.
  8. Thanks We'll probably spend one day of our trip in San Diego, I'm thinking we'll head out there early from Anaheim and hit the Hash House A Go Go for breakfast before visiting the Zoo and head over to Barona after that for dinner and some playing. After looking into it a bit more it does look like it's the one we're looking for, really big, lots of tables for me and lot of slots for Daddy. We'll probably be driving back out of there in the dark, but I'm not too worried about that, I'm good behind the wheel, love driving canyon roads and will be driving a new rental car. I'll just have to remember to bring my gps
  9. Looks like Daddy wants to find a casino while we're down there. It looks like we could hit Barona after we go to the San Diego Zoo, anyone know anything about it?
  10. Just ordered one free 7 Day Park Hopper ticket from Air Miles. There's a good use for those points *huggles* Michelle
  11. Aww, that sucks, I was hoping for some clothing Guess I'll have to wait till june, I'm sure Disneyland will have lots of swag to sell me.
  12. <derail> They closed down the Vancouver Disney store, I may have to drive down to Lynnwood, that seems to be the closest one now. How big is it? </derail> *huggles* Michelle
  13. Flight, hotel and car are booked. We still haven't decided what we're doing about park tickets, I may be able to get a 6-day park hopper for free from a rewards program I belong to, just waiting to see. I think for the most part, we're going to play it by ear when we're down there on what we do and when. The only thing we might schedule is a meetup with other AB/DL's.
  14. One day I'll be flying, it's about $10,000 for a PPL here for ground school and hours. Money just hasn't worked out for it yet. I've been tempted to go get the text books from one of the local flying schools just to learn the basics on my own. I *LOVE* flying and will go any chance I get, I've been gliding a few times, up in cesna's (at the contols), a herc (strapped to the wall), and a number of commercial passenger planes. My dream is to get a cesna with floats to be able to explore places you just can't get to without being able to drop into a lake.
  15. We've had 2 vehicles for about 2 years ago, but up until last november I was the only driver in the house. Our camper van usually sits for months at a time while we use our car to get around. The van gets 10mpg the car gets 25, it probably costs $5 just to warm up the van, but we use it for camping so it's nice to have
  16. Gas prices here are $1.40/litre ($5.29/US Gal). I try to avoid filling up on gas here and usually wait until I drive across the border which is only 3 miles away. Our dollar is right around even so anything below $5/gal in washington state is a savings. I also buy certain other things while I'm there, a 2lb block of cheddar cheese costs $20 here, it's $7 in WA, all dairy is way cheaper there. I bought my last TV in WA, it would have cost me $1,200 here in Canada, but I got it for $600 in WA. I buy things through Amazon US and have them shipped to a shipping address just across the border and bring it home myself, a lot of things Amazon won't ship from their US site to Canada, but are perfectly legal to bring across yourself and are at least 30% cheaper than buying it in Canada. I've also just started buying my Bambinos directly from them and having it shipped to my US address saving me $20/case. As far as other things like everyday needs, I'm a bargain hunter. I'll go grocery shopping a couple times a week and buy things I need when they are on sale, if it's something that we use I'll buy a bunch of them when they are on sale rather than having to buy it when I need it and it's not on sale. Prices are artificially inflated all over, if you can wait for it you can almost always find what you need on sale. Coupons are also a great way of saving money as are rewards programs. We've gone to see 3 movies this year in the theatre and haven't paid a dime for it because of a rewards program through our bank. We also have another one we use for our grocery shopping and a mastercard we carry that has earned us another $200ish a year in benefits.
  17. Welcome to the collective, resistance is futile *huggles* Michelle
  18. Hmmm, let me think back to 4 years ago.... Google, yes, it was definately google. What were those search terms I used?....
  19. When are you going to be back? We had a great time tonight and I look forward to meeting you Cagedbaby and I are co-hosting the munches, we even had 3 furries
  20. Well, good news, we're probably moving it for the next one. We are still thinking White Spot, but the one by Lougheed Town Center. Tonights munch was awesome, we had 8 people, but, and it's a big BUT, they took an hour to seat us and after the food was served, we didn't see the waitress at all, we had to find her to pay our bills. The people that attended were great though and we all had a ton of fun. Our next munch will be Thursday April 28th, at 7PM, hope to see you there. *huggles* Michelle
  21. I never really thought about it before, but I should take ativan before any dentist appointment, thanks Tara *huggles* Michelle
  22. I had to pay an extra $250 for IV sedation (knocked right out), that my insurance wouldn't cover. I hate the dentist at the best of times so I gladly paid it. Daddy however had to have 27 teeth pulled which he did with just Novocain (numbing). They gave him Tylenol 3's which he only used for a day then he just hurt for a week.
  23. In my opinion an Adult Kid is someone who doesn't regress to babyhood. For me, Adult Babies regress to age three and under, which would encompass Adult Toddlers. I always thought I was an AB because I regressed and liked wearing diapers, but I don't regress to Babyhood. When I'm little, I'm able to walk around, hold conversations (though my speech definitely isn't as refined as when I'm not regressed), I'm able to go and get myself a drink and a bowl of cereal, simple things. I'd say I regress to an age somewhere between 3 and 5 maybe 6, but refuse to give up my diapers and paci. I think everyone has their own opinion of how they fit into the spectrum, one person's view of AB is not going to be the same as another. *huggles* Michelle
  24. Destination Truth makes me cringe, the main guy on the show is scared of his own shadow. It's amazing that they don't get injured when they go places in the jungle and don't (seem) to know about the wildlife they'll encounter before they go in there. EEEEEEP, A SPIDER, RUUUUUUUUN! AHHHHH, A SNAKE, A SNAKE!!!! I doubt they are actually that stupid, but the portrayal of stupidity is bad enough.
  25. Hmmm, interesting read, guess I read up on that before snopes.
