I'm a small in adult diapers, but can comfortably wear as small as luvs 6/pampers 7, but I'm openly hateful of baby diapers xD they're so useless....

Even though smalls fit me perfectly, they just don't hold enough so a medium taped up exceptionally snugly does great to hold more, prevent leaks, and make me look that much smaller xD

I ware cloth diapers and plastic panys and can adjust the size as needed. The thicker the better lol

Adult Medium generally fit me best, though I can fit in Luvs Size 6, or Pampers Size 7, as well as Goodnites L/XLs. I can fit in Adult Large's, but tend to swim in them. Since Adult small diapers don't stretch like baby diapers do, I, ironically, can't fit in those anymore.

Cotton diapers are my favorite with plastic pants. The small medium Tena pull ups and extra-large goodnights are nice and tight for wear in public

Small seams to work best, I can even fit into size 7 Pampers. There are some exceptions such as M4s. The small is just a bit to small, so I use medium and have not troubles with it.

Large except abu brand for some reason their lg is just a hair too small even though their mesurments say they will fit me with plenty of room.
