yes i wear in public not that i have a real choice but i make sure they can be seen and not afraid to bend over and allow people to see them from the top of my pants

i have to agree i love the wet and warm feeling of a wet diappy and i love the smell and how the wetter it is the more it sags between my thighs .I love to keep the same wet diappy on as long as i canand if i have to i will put plastic panties over them to wet more and yes the more powerder i apply the better and longer
