  1. Very good advice and a well thought out presentation! Thank you for sharing! I found it very informative and useful and I picked up a few tips. 🙂
  2. I hope you feel better! ER is no fun but necessary sometimes. I hope you get some rest and being back home helps you recharge and be comfy!
  3. The only thing I can think of is to put them on blast all across ABDL social media and hopefully get the word out. It really sucks- the least they could do is link to an author's page or story or at the very least give credit. But they really should ask first! Cheeky Charlie did a reading of my story Winter's Kiss (and he did a fabulous job!) and he asked permission! That's the way to do it.
  4. Sorry that happened to you. Just because someone is religious, or belongs to a religion (or any other group) does not make them a good person on that fact alone. Sounds like that person a Sunday Christian- the holier-than-thou type who think parking their ass on a pew for an hour or two on Sunday makes them morally superior to everyone else yet acts like a jackass the other days of the week. There's a wide variety of churches/ congretations (or mosques or synagogues or temples or shrines for other religions etc) and denominations within the many religions. Some of those vast numbers of those groups are cliquey, sucky people and some of those groups are awesome people. You found the sucky ones. I hope you find peace and healing and someday, if you want to, I hope you find a group of awesome people (of whatever religion or non-religion like agnosticism or atheism etc) you choose.
  5. Yikes. As others have already said, I recommend calling the police, if you rent, report it to the landlord, have the locks changed ASAP, get the Door Club incase the lock fails, and arm yourself if legally allowed. Stay safe!
  6. My experience with the Sunkiss brand diapers on Amazon: the plastic backs are wonderful; absorbent with strong tapes. Never had one break. The cloth backed have nice aborbency but the tabs tend to rip off the top part of the cloth and don't stay in place. And they're not as absorbent as the plastic backed ones; I've had a few leaks.
  7. I have several favorite go-to diapers: Megamax, Sunkiss Masterpiece plastic backed diapers from Amazon, in white or pink, Rearz Vintage, and Rearz Active Air cloth back and Northshore Go Supreme pullups for when I want something that's still absorbent but more discreet than a plastic backed diaper.
  8. I was rather a fan of the ABU Lavendars. But some Lavendar scented baby powder helps when I'm missing those diapers.
  9. As Apache Raccoon already mentioned, I believe the general rule of thumb is to have the author's permission for reposting. But I've seen a few story archives that have popped up since ABDL Story forum/ rebranded itself as ABDL Stories Club went down and those archives have posted stories from said now defunct site. I don't know if they asked for the authors' permissions to repost. Some of the authors are no longer active and have left the ABDL scene. Other authors such as myself are still active. Some of my stories are on there- but I was never asked for permission to post them. (For the record, as long as I'm given credit as the author, I don't care. Also would be nice if they posted a link to my Amazon page but I digress). My point being- I think reposting is a gray area? I know for finishing or continuing or writing a story featuring an author's characters decorum dictates having their permission. But simply reposting a story I'm not so sure? Maybe the rule of thumb generally speaking is for known and active authors, seek their permission? But for old stories whose authors are long gone from the ABDL scene, no longer active and no way to reach them then it's ok to repost but with a note explaining the situation and giving credit is ok? Especially if these are old stories and the authors are unknown/ no longer active/ no way to reach them? Then maybe it is okay to repost the stories so other readers could enjoy them? Just be certain to give credit to the authors! TLDR: It may be ok to repost as long as you make it clear they are not your stories, give credit to the authors and say it's been so long the authors are no longer active/ no way to reach them but you just want to share the stories. The final say on whether it's ok or not is up to the mods/ admin so maybe message one of them directly? Eta: just realized I said the same thing twice. 😑
  10. Normies would rather sit or risk sitting in messy underwear + pants instead of wearing an absorbent padded disposable brief that could contain the mess so they could just go to the bathroom and change? And they think we're the weird ones! 🤨
  11. A very cute and complete little scene; I enjoyed it.
  12. Yikes! I hope the victims get their money back and the scammers get caught/ criminal charges pressed if possible. Ah, the article mentions the scammers who stole the pictures of an actual ABDL caregiver: (quote from article) "In her first lawsuit, Marie is suing Mark Anthony Young and Carol Aaliyah Muhammad, both from the United Kingdom, for allegedly setting up a fake adult baby clinic and using her pictures without permission. "
  13. Hope Amazon drops the price for you, but I'm also glad you found them at a cheaper price elsewhere so you're not stuck paying Amazon prices.
  14. Would wearing a long catheter attached to a bag be practical in the shower? Like hang or sit the collection bag outside the shower? 🤔
  15. It's been cold here. We hit with a windchill of 14F today and it felt warm compared to the single digits and the minus digits we had earlier this week. We're supposed to get more snow too.
  16. Lots of excellent replies. I find sometimes the cut of the diaper or pullup just doesn't work with my particular body shape. I'd recommend trying different diaper- a lot are available as samples- so you can experiment and see if different cuts or types/ brands of diapers make a difference. I wear waterproof panties over top of my diapers, especially when I'm wearing cloth-backed disposables- along with a onesie, and that helps with diaper sag when my diaper gets very wet and needs changed.
  17. A lot of prices everywhere have been going up. (thanks inflation *sarcasm* 😑) Rearz Daydreamer diapers are $119 for a case of 36 but their Safari diapers are $99 for a case of 36. But Rearz have always been on the expensive side. Nice diapers, but pricey. Northshore Megamax is $124 for a case of 40.
  18. I hear tofu is a good source of protein, but that's coming from Dr. Google so who knows how reliable it is.
  19. Yikes! That doctor should be reported to a liscensing board. The only time I could see some of the things the doctor asked being okay only if they were relevant to the patient's problems. Like asking about sexual health/ sexual history- only if the patient is having problems emotionally coping or accepting a health problem related to sex, such as a diagnosis of a sexuall transmitted disease or infection, or if he's struggling with some sexual problems like erectile dysfunction and wants mental/emotional help coping with it. As for getting up at night to pee- again, only acceptable if it is relevant to a patient's problems. If a patient is having health problems and needs mental/ emotional help adjusting to said health problems, like incontinence, etc.
  20. I usually write in third person in a blend of limited and omniscient point of view. It's not a conscious choice; it's just what feels natural to me. The last time I wrote in first person was years ago when I co-authored a story with Personalias, Of Leopards and Their Spots. We talked about and chose first person because we felt it was easier to blend our narrative voices and our writing styles together that way. Even friends who know us well had trouble telling who wrote what scene. I can write in first person, I just naturally default to third. I read novels of a variety of points of view. I've read novels that successfully blend and balance third and first person narratives and other novels that have been a jarring, confusing mess and disaster. I think second person POV is hard to pull off successfully and I generally avoid it both as a writer and a reader. It just doesn't appeal to me. The only exception was for WB Daddy's A Little Legal Issue, which I read for the diabolical plot twists and humiliation WB is so good at.
  21. Possum? I haven't heard of them eating through ceilings- but maybe they do? Termites? Yuck, I hope you don't have termites, they're horrible.
  22. If you've been wearing 24/7 for a prolonged period of time, your body may have gotten used to going in a diaper and accepted going in a diaper as normal, just like going to the bathroom and that could be why your ability to retain waste has gotten shorter. But if you have any worries or concerns about your body- especially if the accidents seem to be a very recent and sudden development- it's best to see your doctor. Just to make sure everything is fine. A sudden onset of incontinence issues can be an indication of potential serious health problems, even in a healthy young adult. So it's always best to get something checked out just to be safe!
  23. I write...honestly, whenever I can squeeze the time in- usually when I come home from work for an hour or two. Sometimes all evening if life is calm and I'm lucky. I had hoped to get a lot of writing done over the Christmas break, but then I got sick and that torpeodoed my writing plans. 😑 Sometimes if work is very busy and stressful, when I come home I just wanna chill and don't have the spoons for writing.
  24. The Romans were fun. So were the Greeks- if memory serves, they were pretty prolific with their pornographic pottery of both the heterosexual and homosexual varieties.
