I as 60 years old..worn diapers my entire life...I am disabled in a wheelchair...being a baby comforts me from everything

Gotta vent a little.   So I’m a “closet” ABDL, even at 53 I’ve kept it a secret from my wife of 30yrs.   She rejoined the workforce 10 yrs ago which gave me some time at home alone.   In the last 5 yrs I’ve had a 4 day work week plus work from home a lot, that meant I was “free” to indulge my ABDL side a lot!   It was a nice balance.   Well, I agreed that my wife could stop working, we are in a good state financially and I know she wanted to focus on our homestead.   I purged everything thinking I could just ignore this side of me.   It’s been 2 weeks and I am struggling.   Lots of regret.  Besides the purge of so many onesies, footed PJ’s and other, but also that I put myself in this situation, not sharing this part of me so long ago.   I am still not ready to open up, so I’ll keep fighting it internally.   

Not looking for sympathy.   Just venting.   There is lots of advice about being honest and transparent with the spouse, but still not sure that’s what I want to need.
