Teddy bears at the airport

Was in the airport yesterday and there are teddy bears ahead (or so the sign would have you believe).

I wonder what its supposed to mean?

It means changing stations or family bathrooms. Usually more often used to indicate infant changing spaces though.

So you know for a fact, it means changing station, family bathroom, because when you got there, there were no teddy bears? ? ? Did you check, to be absolutely sure??? I want to know, before I go myself ?

That's not very clear signage if you ask me.

It's used often to be more cutesy for families and parents.

Not shure man it might mean there is a build a bear in the airport ?. Never seen that before but I do know if you get stuck in a Delta airport terminal they give you blankies. I had it happen on a field trip with my CNA class to participate in a HOSA competition. It was quite cute and comical haveing about 10 or so,  17-18year olds in the airport terminal cuddled up sleeping in the corner with blankies the Delta airlines gave to us, The Teacher of the class probally took photos while we were sleeping ?.  

I should mention that was about 13years ago.
